Hello,
We received the letter that was sent to us today stating that a customer of ours ordered a shirt and never received it from usThey stated that we have no email address/ no phone numberThat is false, we have an email for the website (this email) and we were never contacted by Mrs***We also have our account on Instagram that people can communicate with via direct messageI will agree that we do not have a phone number and that is due to constant calls throughout the work day in which we were unable to give customer service for the people shopping our physical store.
Mrs***'s transaction was placed and never shippedThere is not specific reason for thisI can imagine that the order just got buried under our many transactions that we receive on a daily basisSince we were not contacted about a problem we didn't know that their was oneWe would love to make this right with Mrs***We have the shirt that was ordered all packed up and ready to ship out on MondayUSPS Tracking: ***
Please let us know what else we need to do so we can move forward

While I understand this father’s frustration it is completely unreasonable to ask us to only sell to adults over We do not offer refunds, all sales in store ARE finalHowever, we are a buy, sell, trade store similar to a consignment store modelTherefore, we were not offering a $*** refund for
the $*** purchase but were instead offering to repurchase the product for $***Any other store with an “all sales final” policy would have given no cash back at all

There is not specific reason for this. I can imagine that the order just got buried under our many transactions that we receive on a daily basis. Since we were not contacted about a problem we didn't know that their was one. We would love to make this right with Mrs. [redacted]. We have the shirt that was ordered all packed up and ready to ship out on Monday. USPS Tracking: [redacted] Please let us know what else we need to do so we can move forward.

Review: This Store has NO phone number, no email, no contact info of any kind. My son ordered an item via Paypal in March- it is now May and they have not delivered it. They sent no confirmation email, no order number, no delivery information and we have NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM ABOUT IT. We don't know if we will ever get the item- but they have taken our money. There are many online complaints about this business (i.e. yelp) of this same nature. I wish we had read them before we ordered from this store.Desired Settlement: WE WANT OUR ITEM DELIVERED AND AN EXPLANATION WHY IT TOOK SO LONG. ALSO we would like an explanation as to WHY THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONTACT INFORMATION.
