Roundabout Designer Closeouts & Consignments

Review: On December 8, 2012, I purchased a gift certificate in the amount of $200 from Roundabout Designer Consignments. The gift certificate has never been redeemed and has been misplaced. Roundabout is able to verify that the gift certificate has not been redeemed. I have requested either a replacement gift certificate, or a credit back to my credit card. Roundabout has ignored my letter dated September 27, 2013 and has not even had the decency to respond to us, repeat customers. A copy of the receipt from December 8, 2012, my letter to Roundabout dated September 27, 2013 and proof of its receipt by Roundabout are available and have been uploaded to the Revdex.com website in connection with this Complaint.Desired Settlement: It would be fair and reasonable for Roundabout to either provide (a) a replacement gift certificate in the amount of $200, or (b) credit my credit card $200.
