I purchased pallets of grass over the phone and paid for it using my credit card The women I spoke with assured me the grass was freshly cut and of good quality They assured me the driver would call before arrival so that I could show them where to put it They never called and the grass was placed not where I would want it I had to send the driver a text message with instructions
Most importantly the quality of the grass was horrible It is brown, it was not fully formed pieces of "sod", there was a tremendous amount of manure in it, and it is covered in weeds The pallets are suppose to cover sqft, approximately pieces All six pallets were short
On 4/28/17, when my neighbor, *** *** had sod delivered to his house at *** Bell Branch Lane , Roundtree drove on my lawn with their sod delivery vehicle and sunk their tires into my lawnI came home to runts on my lawn and a broken sprinklerI immediately contacted my neighbor who assured me that he would contact Roundtree to fix my lawnHe has called them on multiple occasions and they keep putting him off

I purchased pallets of Empire sod from Roundtree Sod Service and most of the sod seemed dead or dormant at the time of delivery The driver said it was dormant and that once laid and watered it should perk right back up We watered everyday for weeks twice a day at minutes each time for the first month Nothing, I called and was told I may be watering too much, cut back on the watering and pt down Malorganite I did cut back the watering to times a week twice a day for minutes each time and spread some Malorganite Here it is months later and still nothing The sod looks mostly dead, looks more like straw and hay I keep calling the most of the people are rude They say they will have someone call me back with the issue but no one ever does Managers are never available and the owner is never available I need to either get my sod replaced or a full refund Please help
