Wonderful customer service. Very comfortable to speak to and very understanding about your needs. I was in a bind with no hot water right before Christmas. UGH. When I called the nicest lady answered the phone. She had someone out to my house within an hour. I called at 11:00 and the appointment was made for between 12:00 & 1:00. Unreal in this day and age. Very happy I called and I will be back, good customer service always brings me back. Thanks to them we will be able to enjoy the holidays.
