Was seen for a medically necessary eye appointmentWas told insurance would cover and no issueRouse Eye Center contacted wrong insurance company and did not correctNever sent bill or request for updated informationI have called them multiple times to advise that I was covered and insured and my insurance company agreed the exam would be cover if a claim was submittedThe have since sent my account to collections
