Review: I had some car air horns installed in February 2014. The air horn stop working. I took back on 03/27/2014 to have them repair them. I had to pay for them to fix the problem which no fault of mine(60 dollars.) They said "their work is not warrantied only the equipment they installed is warrantied." Can you check to make sure every body has valid drivers license. They pull customers cars in. Can you make sure everybody is legal citizens.. Thank youDesired Settlement: I would like my money back. It is not my fault it wasn't installed properly the first time

I RECEIVED YOUR LETTER ON THE BEHALF OF THE LIE CUSTOMER, WE DID THE JOB IN 2013 NOT 2014.
HE CAME IN FEBRUARY AND WE CHECKED HIS TRUCK AND WE FOUND THE HORN OF THE ALARM WAS DISCONNECTED.
WE ASKED THE CUSTOMER ABOUT IT AND HE SAID THE CAR WAS AT A MECHANIC SHOP. WE ALSO CHECKED THE COMPRESSOR OF THE HORN AND IT WAS BURNT. WE TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO GET A NEW ONE AND WE WENT AHEAD AN INSTALLED A NEW HORN FOR THE AMOUNT OF 60.00.
NO LABOR FEE JUST THE PARTS. AT THE END OF THE JOB WE GAVE HIM THE OLD HORN. THE CUSTOMER CAME BACK IN MARCH 2014.
TO CHECK THAT THE HORN WASN'T WORKING, SO WE CHECKED IT AND IT WAS DISCONNECTED WE FIXED IT AND THEN HE LEFT.
ALL OF MY WORKERS ARE COMPLETELY LEGAL AND WITH CERTIFICATION AND LICENSED TO DRIVE.
