Review: I agreed to purchase a used 2006 BMW M5 from this dealer for the sum of $27,000.00 on 10/*/12. I gave them a $5,000.00 cash down payment. Since it was late in the evening the salesman/owner told me his secy was gone and I could pick up the paperwork in the morning and I sign a blank purchase agreement. The next day when I went back to pick up the paperwork, the salesman/owner [redacted] told me that the paperwork was submitted to [redacted] electronically, therefore no copy available. Since my daughter's boyfriend's family had prior business with this dealer I was trusting. When I received my first installment bill from [redacted] I was alarmed to see that I was overcharged by the Car Dealer. The Amount Financed read $32,921.83, not $22,000.00 plus Taxes, tags & Registration. I was overcharged over $10,000.00. I immediately called [redacted] who agreed to suspend 1st payment while I spoke to the Car Dealer. The Used Car Dealer would not correct the bank loan error directly with the Bank, [redacted] would not help me so in order for me to secure my credit I had to make the payments so my credit would not be affected. The owner [redacted] stepped in, agreed to repay me the amount of $6,135.00, after deducting charges that he said were fair since he paid to have some repair work to the vehicle upon examination at a local BMW Dealership. He agreed to pay me back in 4 monthly installments on December **, 2012, of 3 payments of $1,500 and the final payment of $1,635.00, to be paid on the 1st of each month starting Jan *, 2013. Needless to say he only sporadically paid me (3)checks, never made payments on time and to date has not paid me in full and today is November **, 2013. Over one year since the purchase. Please help me to get the balance they still owe me of $1,995.00, for which they agreed in writing to pay me back although now that they forced me to take action, I would like to be paid the true amount of the overcharge of $10,921.83 minus the amounts of their payment.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid in full the entire balance owed to me in a lump sum.
