Route 10 Tire

Review: My husband brought my SUV to Rt 10 tire for an alignment since new tires were put on the car. The alignment was completed and upon a test drive it was noted that the car had a shake at the wheel. we were told to drive it for a little while and the shake should go away. After one week, I returned to rt 10 tire, because the shake was still there and getting worse, the car even has a slight pull to the right. I asked him what they would do about it and he stated "Well it's nothing to do with our alignment" "It's probably something else like a bad tire or bad brake lines. He continued to say " Were busy tonight but come back and we'll take it all off and do the alignment again, even though It's probably something else." I left frustrated and called my husband, he said the tires were new and balanced and the brakes were new all around. I called rt 10 and told the same man I had just spoken to this and that I would likely bring the car elsewhere, as I didn't trust his opinion. He said go ahead or bring it back and we'll look at it. I am not comfortable with their work or their customer service, my family's safety could be at risk with the vehicle shaking. I asked for a refund and he said " ONly if you bring me a repair order with proof that my alignment was bad" HE then continued to have an attitude and hang up on me.Desired Settlement: I asked for a refund, since I do not trust his or his employees work or opinions and the face that he brushed me off and argued in front of other customers. I would like a refund so I may take my car to a reputable repair/ alignment shop. Since it will be difficult to afford since I have already paid for an alignment once.
