I have never received a complaint about my work from anyoneJust to give a example of my skill level and ethics I am the only shop in the entire county that the fredrick county sheriffs office lets work on their police cars and I have done so for over three yearsI will also say again the national average of clutch life is miles*** has had replacements that I know of and again I still have the old high performance clutch and flywheel that came out of his car when we first replaced itIt is a stage center force clutch and flywheel that is almost completely destroyed and his car has less than miles on it

1st off the original clutch he took out I bought the car like that I just bought the car this year second off I'm in the process of taking the clutch out and what comes out the clutch is completely apart where it has exploded due to the clutch he put in is for a stock car that makes hp my car makes and I told them that and they assured me that it was a good clutch and can hold up to it there is nothing wrong with the trans the car won't go in gear won't do anything due to the fact he put a stock clutch back in a go car and you can call advance they will recommend you not put that clutch in a hp car I was going to buy my own clutch but they said they wouldn't guarantee his work if I got my own clutch plus they over charged me for the clutch dollars and there is another gentlemen who has had a problem with seans work he called the cops because he lied to me all I wanted was my money and he told my father he would fix it but then said he didn't have time so he said he would give my money back.and said it would be a few weeks since his business partner left him and took money so after a couple weeks we rode up there and asked him and he wasn't having that so he called the cops I can send pics of the pieces of the clutch to you when I get home the clutch went out the clutch exploded from.to much hp and not strong enough clutch if he and his people are they best mechanics they should have known this I want my money for the parts I'm not worried about them labor just parts

The clutch they put in my car is not a clutch capable of the hp my car has it is a stock clutch they told me it was aftermarket it it's a advance auto parts clutch and I called advance and they told me they would not put it in that car I have another gentlemen who has been at his shop and had a trans issue after he left route 11 auto this company owes me my money back he has already agreed to fix it or give my money back and he didn't hold up to it is why I contacted you my car left his shop in April and by June it's bad  I don't drive my car reckless or crazy that's a false statement I haunt been able to enjoy my car at all it's been in his shop from march till April and get it out and the clutch goes out 2 months later

On 3/15/15 [redacted] came in to my shop with his 94 [redacted].  [redacted] stated he had a noise in the transmission.  We explained we had to take the trans out and inspect the clutch.  We did this and we found he had a 500.00 performance clutch, pressure plate and flywheel....

 All of these parts which I still have were destroyed from the abuse of his driving habits in his self proclaimed high performance car.  We agreed on a price of 882.08 and we replaced all the parts with parts from [redacted] Auto Parts #'s [redacted] and part # [redacted].  These parts are made by [redacted] Clutch Company's and meet or exceed O.E.M requirements. [redacted] came in roughly 2 weeks later and stated that he had the noise again.  We took the trans back out and found the throw out bearing sleeve was cracked which messed up his clutch... I told him we would replace it and because we could file a labor claim with the parts company I would replace it - the clutch and flywheel at no cost to him which we did.  [redacted] picked up his car and drove it with no complaints.
