Review: Purchased a protection plan for my leather furniture and was advised it would include animal scratches. Called in February of this year. Some one was sent to my home but was advised they could not match the color after a few attempts. Weeks later I was advised by the company that another person they called in to correct this problem stating it was not covered under warranty and the scratches were too old and too many - they claimed it was abuse. Spoke to 110 Furnishing and again confirmed that these were scratches made by my dog which I was told would be covered.... They said they would pick up my furniture, repair it themselves and return it to us. Called again and were told - "they are waiting for the color match" It is now mid-September and I still have not heard from them. Honestly I do not even trust them now to do anything and I would just like to have the money I paid for this warranty refunded to meDesired Settlement: repair of my furniture in home

At customers request, we sent a technician to inspect her furniture that was purchased on May *, 2010.. The service report states that there are numerous animal scatches all over the furniture, which is considered customer abuse and is not covered under our leather protection plan. In good faith, we are refunding the customer $150.00 for the leather protection plan at the customers request. Even though animal scratches are excluded from our leather protection plan.

Review: purchased a natuzzi leather sectional sofa it was damaged when we got it I was promised it would be repaired some showed up took photos of it said natuzzi would have to repair it . I called a number of times to no avilDesired Settlement: replacement or partical refund
