Route 13 Auto Group Inc is responding to the above mentioned matter. A?er reviewing the complaint We are indisagreement with the dispute. [redacted] did request an early cancellation with his warranty purchasedfrom [redacted] through Route 13 Auto Group. [redacted] was due the money for the...

pro-rated warrantypolicy. However, the timcline was never discussed with [redacted] on how long it would take to ?nalize thecancellation. l.n addition, there was a clerical error on some of the information submitted to AUL corp in regardto the mileage of the vehicle at the time of cancellation which held up the process for an extra couple days. I didspeak to [redacted] about the issue and explained that the monies due were going to be refunded once [redacted] makes the ?nal pro-rated percentage and refund the premium to Route 13 Auto Group. The money wassent to us once [redacted] completed its ?nal computation and the money was refunded to [redacted] There wasnever any excuses made and the money was refunded in the quickest possible way as per [redacted]Route 13 Auto Group does not have any control on how fast the warranty company processes their claims andwould never hold any customers money. I don't understand all these complaints. I was able to go in and get a great car at a price that I can actually afford. This was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had, this is a lot I will be recommending to friends and family in the future.
