In regards to Mr***'s complaint we (Route Autos) addressed a issue that was in question to a oil leak that was repaired before purchase of the Dodge Journey, the car was bought for someone else and we was informed of the vehicle stalling some time after the purchase and made arrangements for
the Dodge Journey to be taken to *** Auto LLC where the car was there and had to be driven to get it to duplicate the same issue, ***'s couldn't duplicate the problem until talking to Mr ***'s daughter to find out when the stall was occurring and then resolved the problem once they was able to duplicate it.I did in fact talk to the daughter and stressed we was trying to get the problem resolved with the car and she was fine since she has another car to drive that was her own.Route Autos did in fact give a month mile powertrain warranty free of charge to the customer which in fact paid for the repairs that was done on the Dodge Journey of Mr *** *** and in that warranty it does state a rental car allowance to provide them with transportation while the Dodge Journey was at *** Auto LLC

the 2007 Chevy Tahoe because the color and equipment caught their eye. The salesman explained everything on the vehicle and after the test drive Miss [redacted] said they wanted it as long as the traction light could be addressed. We then agreed to what she wanted and had the Tahoe sent to the mechanic we use, after inspection the mechanic found that a suspension sensor was not attached and then called us with the cost to fixed it in which we had fixed. The vehicle was purchased 100% AS IS from us and included a 3month 3000mile power train warranty with ASC Warranty. For Miss [redacted] to state the salesman suggested putting tape over lights is incorrect, the statement was that a friend of his had done that once and he had thought it was funny he did it. As for the fuel “leak’’ at no time since vehicle was here at Route 22 Autos did not ever leak fuel during the month and half it was here. It was also driven by three different people from Route 22 Autos with no suggestion of a fuel leak. The day Miss [redacted] called the dealer ship in regards to the fuel pump replacement, she was told that going through a new car dealer service department would be much more in cost and if she wanted to save money we could arrange it for her through the mechanic we use. In conclusion for Miss [redacted] asking for a refund for the work that was performed is not our responsibility since she purchased the vehicle 100% AS-IS. We sell USED cars, trucks, and SUVs unfortunately we can not make them new again. As we have stressed to everyone to do their best when looking for a used vehicle weather from us or not. Thank youJustin H[redacted]###-###-####
