Review: I booked the 18-32 passenger limo coach party bus for 2/15/2014 for a total of $1,577.75. The balance due on 2/15 was $1,015 which was paid on a credit card. On the day of the event at 7pm I was informed there was a security deposit due which would be $500. In order for the bus to leave which was schedule for a pickup at 8pm , I had to immediately provide a credit card number. The representatives [redacted] and [redacted] argued that this was stated in the contract which was highlighted. The contract states exactly word for word "If lesser or any participating member, the lesser is responsible for any physical damage, breakage inflicted, spill any kind of fluid, vomit and makes any Damage or Breakage on the limousine or vehicle, the lesser will be responsible for any repairs, replacement or shampooing and sanitizing caused by the lesser or any participating member charged a minim of $100 and up to $5,000 will be charged on the spot or to credit card on file". No where in the contract states a charge of $500 for a security deposit. I signed and agreed to the terms and conditions which were stated in the contract. [redacted] assured me the money would be returned to the card after meeting with him 2/16 to discuss the contract and unauthorized charges. On 2/15/2014 a $500 charge was processed( time 19:27:53 EST ) and deducted from my [redacted] account for Route 22 limousine cor hillside NJ (761410). The order information is as follows, Authorization code [redacted], and transaction id [redacted]. I called on 2/18/ 2014 and spoke with a representative who insisted that the charges were only pending when in actuality they were processed and withdrawn. When I asked to speak to the manager the response was he was on a business trip out of the country so there was nothing that could be done. As a first time agreeing to business with this company, I regret entrusting my event as well as my finances with them.Desired Settlement: The desired settlement , $500 unauthorized charge to be returned to the [redacted] debit card.
