I traded my vehicle in and the establishment was to send the payoff to my finance company which the total given for payoff was a ten day periodI have called them numerous times and was informed a manager would return my callTo date I still have not received a return call in reference to why the payoff has not been paidThe paperwork was processed at a day payoff amount which has not been paidMy credit report at this time shows a delinquent status for a vehicle I no longer am in possession of or no longer ownThis establishment was well aware of the date of payoff as I gave one total and the salesmen stated no this is it here as the day payoff amount

As per their website Nissan Pathfinder lease Per month is plus down payment for yearsOther than down payment tax, document fee, dmv fee, and other few fees which consumer has to bearThere is a lady who chat with me and took my all details and told you can come to PM on 3/30/which our representative will explain the exact amount
Upon reaching, one representative asked few questions like are you going to buy todayare you ready to pay donw payment, taxes and fees extra, we do have only red colorWhen I replied yes for every thing, he went on discussing to a manager and then he said we dont have on inventory
If they dont have in inventory then why they took my appointment? I spend my valuable time to go there and at last they are saying they dont have

I brought a vehicle on February 22, and returned it on February 23, ( didn't even have the vehicle hours)They didn't want to return my $3,000, that I put down for the down paymentI've called the dealership on numerous occasions and spoke with numerous sales men (Mike G and the general manager) and I just keep being told it'll be refunded in 5-daysAs you can see, based on the dates; it's passed that time frameWhenever I call them, I keep being told that the managers are busy, I get left on hold for over minutes or more, I keep being told about the refund policies (which is 5-days)None of my money has been refunded to me ($2,was paid with my *** *** and $in cash)Nothing has been refunded

On December 17th at approximately pm this writer went to attempt to purchase a used altima silver in colorThis writer was approached by sales representative named JOE C no last name given whom attempted to help with the saleOn this day of the seventeenth of december this writer was given possession of the siver nissan altima based on the salesman Joe C's belief that I'd be approvedThis writer paid for insurance gave $off a family members debit card and returned the following day with $cash totalling transaction $USDThe deal fell through the dealership offered this writer another vehicle I rejected the offer and wanted a refund of the deposit returned...this refund was guarranteed by Finance Manager DEVIN C*** and Used Sales Manager TOMMY E*** This writer was able to convince the family member who initially offered the use of the debit card for purchase purposes to g8ve me the debit card info again because the dealerships refund policy acc

I purchased a new car from this dealer Jan I traded in my car as a down paymentNissan agreed to pay off the balance I owed on my trade-inFebruary the bank sent a past due notice because payment was never madeI called Nissan and spoke to the guys who sold me the car, *** *** *** *** ***After being put on hold for over mins and tranferred back and forth, I was told to call back the next dayCalled back the next day ~ same thing: on hold, transferred, only this time I was told the check was sent give it a few daysThe bank called again about payment and threatened to report past due paymentI explained that I sold the car, and no longer have possession ~ they didn't careI ended up paying in order to protect my creditThe I gave it two more weeks, and called again ~ same story: placed on hold, transferred, told payment was sentThis happened over and overToday is MARCH 3, 2016, and ANOTHER PAYMENT IS DUE SOON!!! This is a nightmare! I am paying for two cars! One I have no possession of! I will be taking this company to court because this is a grave injustice, and a violation of our contract!!!

My first time experience at Nissan started out great however I left the establishment with a sour taste in my mouthI was present from 1:pm and left a little after pmWhile discussing the deal with the salesman I was led to believe the the car was certified and found out later from Finance it was not; which led to more out of pocket expenses for an extended service contractAdditional information was requested such as title, pay stubs, proof of address & upon leaving to retrieve the info I was denied my bank card/keys to vehicle being tradedI was told the manager required them to be left even after I stated I would be right backUpon return I was ushered out of Nissan and taken to Honda to complete the financing process.- then ushered back to Nissan to finish upThere was also an issue regarding my down payment that was deceitful in which I do not wish to share sociallyI was given only key to the vehicle in which the salesperson said he would try to get me another

On 9/20/I purchased a car with Route Nissan, I traded in two cars, one of which had a loan attached to it I provided the dealership with the payoff amount and date My car payment was due on October 3, it is now October 7th and TD Bank has still not received the payment for the car Now this is effecting my credit Also, I requested to have my registration transferred from my old car to the new one, the dealership supplied me with temporary plates that expire on October9th which is in two days For the last two weeks my wife and I have continued to try and contact Route Nissan by phone and by email We keep getting the run around, we get transferred put on hold or told someone will contact us back I purchased this car for my wife who is months pregnant and due any day God forbid something happens as of Monday she is stuck with a car she cannot drive

Bought a used vehicle in April of First day home and the key would not turn in the ignition Was told to bring it to a local dealer to repair and Route would pay the bill Route refused to pay, so I had to take the car to them While at the other dealership for inspection, our car FAILED Numerous things wrong with the car Bad tires, bad breaks, bad rotors, missing lug nuts, faulty blinker, etcetc went round and round with Route and they never fixed the ignition Told me it was fine Very rude and very belittling I don't trust them AT ALL!! Had to get corporate Nissan involved

I purchased my vehicle from Route Nissan in January of with GAP coverageI refinanced my vehicle in Sept in which I did notify Nissan They reassured me I would receive a refund within daysI have yet to receive a refund or any update to the processI have emailed all documentation requested, I even tried to contact the GAP insurer (which turned out to be a security company)I even personally tried to reach out to their accounting department in which I have gotten no where because the one person in charge of this process is never at her deskI have documentation via emails of when they were notified

I bought a car a few months ago they make me sign some paper and one of them was a gap insurance that cost me almost dollars the next day I whem back and told them to cancel and they say they did and that I going to get my money back in a month is been more than months and they keep telling me that they have an issue with the person who cut the check

I tried to make a deal with this dealership and the Salesperson Dave T*** relayed the wrong information to his Manager Tom E*** and MeDave T*** supposedly gave Tom E*** the wrong model carBut Dave T*** was in contact with me via texts and phone calls with the correct vehicleHe sent me the lease price, pictures, gave me my credit approval, gave me the go ahead to call my insuranceScheduled me to come in to pick up the car the next morning At pm Dave T*** sends me a text stating they discovered a mistakethe deal was for a different model carhe continues and says he caught the managers errorI had fell asleep and texted Dave T*** back at 1am in the morning letting him know how upset I wasA text not a call
The following morning I received a call from Tom E*** a manager who apologized and said he would try to helpHe said he would have

Car was impounded 11/because of an error on paperwork that I was provided by the dealer on 1/29/after leasing a new vehicleError was pointed out by a police officer following an accident last weekDealer listed incorrect license plate on registration carPlate listed on reg was reported stolen in July well before I returned the lease back to Nissan to lease a new vehicleNot only did this result in my car being impounded but also a ticket for fictitious platesI visited the dealer the next day in hopes to get the problem resolved but that did not happen even after being there for two hoursI have been back and forth on the phone with the dealership as well as the contact number and this problem has yet to be solvedWhen communicating with the dealership they have been so dismissive and don't seem to care about this issue at allThe last manager that I spoke to via phone says " when you go to court for this see if they'll dismiss it" What kind of help is that ?!

Purchased a vehicle months Ago that is still not linked to my social traded a vehicle to this same dealer that has not been payed off leading me to be in collections they are contacting my employer my family which is now showing as a negative on my accountThe dealer had me driving with plates on my vehicle that belong to another vehicle because they failed to double check to find out my original plates where given to sales rep without my permission who they state had for two months I have contacted the dealer for three months till today nothing has been resolved

Today [redacted] our service manager here at route 22 Nissan reached out to [redacted] he apologized for any inconvenience we may have caused him. they both came to an agreement to refund him half of what his desired settlement was as well as give him a free oil change on his next service...

[redacted] check was mailed out to her first week of December, she called stating she never received the check. We stopped payment on the check and reissued a new one which will be here this afternoon ready for her to pick up as requested.

Absolutely customer deserves to have at least the amount he requested back. Please have him contact John P[redacted] General Manager at [redacted]. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: To whom it may concern:  I received word from you that Nissan Hillside would be reimbursing me for $938.75, and that the case was closed and that I didn’t have to do anything.  I have not received a check from them.  What should my next step be?  This has gone on for far too long.   After getting more work done on my car by [redacted] two months went by and my car continues to stall.Thank you.

because:If possible can you please reopen case [redacted] as it is still not resolved.  They issued a check however it was to the wrong person. I asked for them to endorse the check in my name. They stated it takes about a month to reissue a new check . The month has came and gone and I still have not received a new check. Please help me this has been an ongoing issue since July. Thank you.
