Review: my mother received phone calls about my car. I called route 23 Nissan and told them to stop calling my mother I spoke with a female in the internet sales department. A couple weeks later my mother received another phone call from a different female and internet sales. I called route 23 Nissan again and told a different person to take the phone number out and stop harassing my mother. On November 27th 2014 my mother got another phone call 423 Nissan about my lips I drove down to the dealership and spoke with Albert a friend of mine who is a car salesman there. He spoke with the business manager Steve S[redacted] who removed my mother phone number and Albert showed me a picture of the screen where her number wasn't showing up. I thanked him and left being assured that Steve S[redacted] removed my mother's number. On January 16th 2015 my mother got another phone call. I have asked them on multiple occasions via email, via phone call, Envia showing up telling them to me remove my mother's number. At this time this is harassment and I await the resolution of the Revdex.com before I proceed with the harassment lawsuit.Desired Settlement: $15,000. What I would get from an harassment lawsuit calling my elderly mother after they were instructed not too.

Review: I arrived at the route Route 23 Auto Mall yesterday afternoon. [redacted] start helping me. The sales rep was very help full and showed me what I wanted and got right to the point for my options "which I can really appreciate as a sales person myself" . First thing we did was get all my info to [redacted] on my car for the trade in value, he told me he was dropping off my car at the evaluation center for the car to be looked over and after he drops it off he was going to grab the Nissan rouge I wanted to look at. we took a test drive and I was happy with the car. when we got back we went over the numbers for a lease. After some back and forth we came up with two options the fully loaded rogue and the fully loaded Altima 2014's. after we agreed numerous times on the trade value, lease terms, car specs, end of lease buy out amount, we agreed to move forward. the dealership was closing at 6 that day and the sale person told the finance guy sometime before 6 to wait since we are wrapping up our deal. I was there for over 3 hours. we were in the middle of getting all paperwork signed and we had to stop because they did not verify my loan balance eon my trade in. they than told me since they could not call in to verify that they could not give me the lease either. I was shocked and tried to figure out a game plan for Monday or later in the week when I can return when everything is open again. at this point Nissan closed all the lights in the building and the manger that was closing the building walked up to me and said " we are closed you have to leave" [redacted] than said "we are trying to figure out what we need to do for Monday to wrap this up" the manager than said " nothing to wrap up, the deal is over Sunday, now leave" [redacted] and I were both shocked, I said really? this is what your manager does kicks me out and shuts the lights off on a customer in eth middle of signing leasing papers. It was rude, shocking , and a complete waste, and completely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the manager and or owner for the horrible actions taken at the end of the afternoon. Needs honor the deal we put together and trade in full or better. I drove all the way from Baltimore md to get this deal done and have to go back to work Monday, would need to come back up again to get the deal done that should have been completely on sat. I ask to be compensated for my wasted time and Money for the travel and 3 plus hours at the dealership. I will not be bate and switched to come back in for a different rate or car coming back a few day slater. I want 100% the deal I had before and better to compensate for the rude and unprofessional actions of that manager that afternoon and how they treated me.

2014 fully loaded Altima dark gray black leather, 30+k invoice for39 months 269 zero out of pocket no first month, everything included for setting up car in md included in rate with a 13,977 end of term buy out. trade in value at full loan payoff, or better.

Response:

To whom it may concern, First of all , Rt. 23 Automall, [redacted] and Wayne do apologize. As well , I personally tried calling Mr. [redacted] several times.

It seems there was some confusion and hesitance by Mr. [redacted] at around 3:30-4:00 when [redacted] requested to call and verify his current car loan payoff. Mr. [redacted] showed [redacted] his phone with a payoff amount. [redacted] asked for account number and phone number to verify the payoff and Mr. [redacted] refused. Now at 6:00, Mr. [redacted] agreed to a deal and the paper work started, Mr. [redacted] then offered his account and Credit Union phone numbers. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] both tried to call and use the Internet to verify the actual Payoff of his current vehicle. To no avail, both [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] were unable to verify the payoff, as the lender closed at 5:00.

Since they could not verify payoff, the deal could not be consummated.

As per his complaint, Mr. [redacted] uses the terms "Bate and Switch" for what reason? We didn't do the deal to prevent that type of accusation. As for him being compensated for his time, Mr. [redacted] stated he was here visiting friends.

Again,, we do apologize for any inconvenience.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

I got one call from the manager that kicked me out and told me the deal was off and to leave that Sunday. He told me that following morning that they did not take my car value into consideration when giving me the deal. Why is it now a different story? You are saying now it's because I dragged the time on and had everyone wait u til after hours? So why didn't you honor the deal that Monday? That's right because now that's two different story's.. I did get a call from I think was the owner a few weeks ago which I did miss his call and I did call and lefta. Voicemail. That is two calls total not several. And the first answer from the manger and the answer on the email are two different ones. So nothing was resolved . I thank you for your apology but the response was incorrect and I was told on Monday morning if I still wnat the car it would be 70 more a month. I can send you a copy of the quote that has the lease numbers and my trade in value that your dealership put I front of me. Yes I have a copy since everything was taken away when they said to leave.

Review: They sent us a flyer saying that we were guaranteed to win one thousand dollars in lottery tickets because our number matched that prize. When we went there to claim our prize on November 16,2013 we were told that there were no more lottery tickets, and to come back on Thursday to speak with a manager. Nowhere on the flyer does it say while supplies last.

We feel this is false advertisement and we should receive $1000 or one thousand dollars in lottery tickets. We took the time to drive there and sat down with a sales person who took personal information from us. We still have the flyer with our name and address on it. Where do we go from here?Desired Settlement: We feel this is false advertisement and we should receive $1000 or one thousand dollars in lottery tickets.

Response:

To whom it may concern,

I spoke to Mrs [redacted], I explained that on 11/16 we were overrun with customers from this promotion. We actually ran out of the lottery tickets.

I am sending the [redacted]'s a gas card for her inconvenience. After she receives the card, she will contact all involved to clarify her satisfaction.

thank you

I am rejecting this response because:

Regards,

In reference to complaint number/id number [redacted], I don't know how this was resolved without discussing it with me Mr. [redacted]. They sent a $25 gas card. This does not address the complaint of false advertisement. That is my complaint false advertisement. I cannot be bought for $25. This should be addressed in front of the New Jersey Consumer Affairs Division. False advertisement is false advertisement. I [redacted] did not agree to the $25 gas card. Who closed the case without contacting me Mr. [redacted]? This case needs to be reopened. My email address is [redacted]

Review: Route 23 Auto Mall was pleasant when I purchased the lease on my Nissan Maxima, however when my lease was over and I needed to return the car everything was different.

I purchased my lease at Route 23 Auto Mall in NJ and then moved to Rhode Island. However when my lease term was over, I returned my car back to Route 23 Auto Mall where I originally purchased the car. Once a customer always a customer, think again!

Route 23 Auto Mall lied about willingness of returning out -of-state license plates to the DMV and instead sales person [redacted] kept them in their desk drawer. This action resulted in property tax from Rhode Island for 3 months when I no longer had the car. Returning the plates to RI DMV is the only indicator to stop property tax from being generated.Desired Settlement: I am seeking $148 from dealership to cover the time frame (June – August) where I no longer owned the car, but was being charged taxes because salesperson kept the plates in their office and had me believe they were going to mail them back to Rhode Island. When I complained to Route 23 Auto Mall, I was given no consideration by the salesperson [redacted], office manager Wayne, office manager Ruth, and instead treated like a bothersome customer.

Response:

[redacted], First of all, I would like to apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred. I will question all involved and If what you have described is correct, I will refund your $148 immediately. Please understand RT 23 Automall does not deal with lease terminations from outside the Tri State area on a regular basis.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because:

After reading the seemingly fair response from the Route 23 Auto Mall dealership’s president [redacted], I was hopeful my issue was going to be resolved. However, I guess as the saying goes the apple doesn’t fall far from tree.

Right from the start of our phone conversation [redacted]’s tone was accusatory and loud. He suggested that my issue was beyond the money owed me and a personal attack on his salesperson [redacted]. He also expressed anger that I posted on the Revdex.com, completely avoiding the fact that I spoke with two office managers before doing a last resort of contacting this website. Other unprofessional commentary included, “did you say please when you asked for your plates to be returned” and “talking like this doesn’t make me want to give your money back.” His final assessment as to why the salesperson had my plates was “holding them for me” at my request.

Although this issue was not resolved, I am thankful the Revdex.com has a platform for customers to state their experiences. This allows folks to form their own opinion before engaging in business with a company.

Review: I had bought my car from the ford dealership on route 23. I had got into a car accident and totaled my car, which had gap insurance and extended warranty. I went there in person to cancel both my insurance and warranty. The financial manager stated it will take 4-6 weeks to get the refund in the mail. 5 weeks later, I had called to see where my refund check was. The financial manager stated he would check on the situation and call me back. He did not call me back, which then I called the financial manager again. He said it should not be much longer to get the check. The extended warranty check finally came in on the 6th week and have not received the gap insurance refund. Upon further investigation with the ford dealership and more phones calls occured. Finally finding out the manager never filed for the refund of my gap insurance. It is now the 7th week and I still have not received my gap insurance.Desired Settlement: An apology from the financial manager, [redacted]. And my check to be in the mail or handed to me before the beginning of December.
