vehicle.On 01/10/customer vehicle wouldn't startWe replaced the starter at no charge to the customerRoute Cars paid the complete billWe provided customer a vehicle to useCopy includedOn 01/30/vehicle wouldn't startWe found the fuel pump was bad and a knock sensor alsoTotal to replace both was $of which we charged the customer $not the 50% stated in their warrantyAgain we provided a vehicle for customerWe contacted customer after receipt of this complaint because nothing was said to us by customerWhen we spoke, the customer stated it wasn't her problem if we decided to pay for the repairs?

Without my permission the owner of this dealership ran my credit I already have a dispute in with him but I'm not understanding why he ran my credit without mark permission which is not allowed by lawI would like to be taken out of this loan and also I would like to know other action I can take with
him running my credit which is hurting my credit without my consent

I am rejecting this response because:    The only actions that was made at the place of business was me signing over the title lemon Car that was first sold to me and signing my new tilte and me getting my refunded check the the bank which is fineceing my car and I left. there is a few thingsn that were done on both deals, one of them is my credit being ran without my permission and not reporting proper migeage on one of the cars.
