It is Route policy not to cancel a customers plates for this reasonWhen a customer trades in a vehicle and does not transfer plates Route gives the plates back to the customer and it is their responsiility to cancel them with the correct RMVRoute Hyundai does not have these plates at this dealershipI apologize for any confusion.Thank you

I apologizethis vehicle is hereI found the customer info through the reference number she providedThe recall will be performed as soon as Hyundai permits itThis is not a dealership issue this is the manufacturerAs soon as parts etc the repair will be completedAs for the rental the customer is too young to get a rental car through the dealershipThe rental company used permits customer must be years oldThe customer did get a rental through her own and Hyundai the manufacturer will have to be the one to refund that not the dealershipThis complaint has nothing to do with the dealership

They word their words in a way to get the best of you and that is horriblewhen they went over the paper work, he didnt say, we are giving you 10,for your car, but said, they are paying off my trade, making me believe that infact they were giving me full trade for my carThey played dirty and should not get away with itAll im asking is to get the difference of the money back in a check, because they did indeed rip me off!! However, taking 1/months to conclude a transaction that was initiated on June is unacceptableAnd I regret that the complaint resolution method used by the Revdex.com does not include a mechanism for leaving negative commentary about the business's own handling of customer complaints, even for cases that were eventually resolvedIt should never have been necessary for me to resort to filing a complaint with the Revdex.com, but the lack of responsiveness of the business to my original complaint necessitated itAnd even after filing a complaint with the Revdex.com it took more months to resolve the issueThis is incredibly inept handling of a minor complaint

[While I appreciate the response from RtHyundai, the response is not acceptable, nor does it address the problem, which is very similar to the way they have handled matters from the beginningRtHyundai seems to think I'm questioning what the Engine Recall coversThat could not be further from the caseI am fully aware that an Engine Recall covers THE ENGINEI think it is laughable that the service team and technicians are claiming that my vehicle came in with "prior issues"My vehicle had zero issues, except for the fact that it qualified for an Engine Recall, or so they claimedDoes RtHyundai have any record of proof that my vehicle had issues prior to my visit to address the Engine Recall? If so, I would love to see the documentation that suggests what the issues wereIt sounds to me like the "technical" team had RtHyundai is probably not accustomed to regularly installing new engines into vehicles, thus, creating a comedy of errors with my vehicleOf course, the greatest question is, if RtHyundai supposedly knew of any prior issues with my vehicle, why was it never addressed while my vehicle was in their garage for a MONTH? Currently, my vehicle's check-engine light indicator is on (the indicator was not on when it was brought in to address the recall -- nor can they prove itBy the way, didn't they just install a new engine? Why is the check-engine light on?)Secondly, I'm still experiencing a bit of a rumbling noise under the hood of my car when I accelerate (I paid a $diagnostic fee for their team to address this WHILE it was in their garage for the Engine Recall -- it was not fixed when I picked it up after the Recall, or the times I brought my vehicle back to address any other NEW issue)Lastly, my car still does not stareliably, and some days it requires half a dozen attempts to sta(I paid over $for a solenoid part and labor costs toward the starter -- I can't imagine that any member of the RtHyundai service or tech teams would appreciate spending $and getting nothing for it)Truth of the matter that the RtHyundai team is failing to address is that they have been given multiple opportunities to get my vehicle in working order. At this point, I just want my vehicle to work the way it did before I brought it to RtHyundaiUnfortunately, I don't trust that their team has the competency to make the necessary repairsI fear that if I bring my vehicle back to have it looked at by their team, I will simply be persuaded in some way that there is some other new issue that was discovered with my vehicle, thus resulting in more feesI don't need anyone from RtHyundai to explain, via phone, what an Engine Recall coversI understand they are in the business to make money and likely care very little about my satisfaction as a customer, regardless of how long I have been a proud and loyal owner of a Hyundai vehicle (years) I am out $650, and own a vehicle that they failed to repairTwo questions: If they were in my shoes, would they return to RtHyundai? And, if they feel that this comedy of error that they caused does not warrant a refund, what do they plan to do about it? My next step is a phone call to the Hyundai corporate office if their team of "experts" do not provide a remedy]

I have called several times to check the status of my carIt is under my name, *** ***Hyundai SonataFor the engine recall, if you guys can't even keep track of the vehicles coming in I'm not confident you can fix my car correctlyI am now dealing with the Corporate office in this matter because Route Hyundai doesn't want to provide me with a rental car when the campaign states that they MUST provide me with oneThis has been the worst business I have ever dealt withI will tell every person I know to NOT come here and my fiancé will as well, and he works in the car industryI will be telling the corporate office about this complaint and the business "by bein able to find me" in their recordsAbsolutely ridiculous

The license plates in question were taken by the dealership when we leased our new vehicle, and these plates were mailed to us AFTER our Revdex.com complaint was filed We have since returned them to the Department of Motor Vehicles in RI ourselves, but the dealership's alleged policy to not handle license plate returns was clearly not followed in this instance.
