I am rejecting this response because:
My initial request was to trade in vehicle but Rob had hung up on me at this point perhapsThey absolutely were not upfront about the vehicle, I asked Robert on the day I purchased it if this car would pass inspection, to continually point out that it's only $is an indication of how out of touch this business is with their customersFurthermore, my "inspection" as they put it, can't be called into question, the dealership couldn't see the damage till they lifted it off the groundRob insisted they "inspected" the car prior to selling to meAdditionally, it was $including doc fee, which again rob said went to the state and "they don't see a penny of" how is that being upfront, at all?The car is not safe to driveThere is absolutely zero trust I have in trading this in for another unsafe and dangerous vehicle from this untrustworthy company.. My terms are a full refund of $And if they want their death trap back they need to tow it back from upstate New York.
Regards,

I have sent emails to the business asking for the tracking
information for the wheels and have not received the tracking information or an actual confirmation regarding my extended warranty being reinstated Today I did receive two of the wheels and tires at my home, luckily my wife was home to sign for themA signature being required is why I requested the business to ship to the auto repair shop my car was atBut that's neither here nor thereNow I have to make sure someone is home to sign for the second shipmentOnce I receive the other wheels and tires and I get a phone call or a letter from the warranty company giving the auto repair shop the OK to make the repairs on my vehicle then I will approve this complaint to be closed

auxillary battery which has been at our dealership for a week, waiting for customer to pick up

surprisingly  I got a check from Penn Warranty Corporation for the $1500.00 that we were claiming  since the beginning. They told us they were responding only for $845 and  Route 46 Auto Sales had the rest of the money but they sent the check for the total.

Review: I bought a Jeep Liberty 2011 through this dealership in 05-02-15. The car started having problem the next day of the purchase and we contacted Robert (one of the salesman) several times without any luck. Finally we decided to trade the car in a Toyota dealership. I contacted Route 46 Auto sales again on 5-26th to request a refund of the service contract which we had paid $1500 for and told them the car wasn't in my possession anymore. They were supposed to start the cancellation process with Peen Warranty corporation but they never did. I contacted PWC by myself and started the refund process but PWC is saying they only received $845 from the dealer. Now I am trying to get the other $655 from Route 46 Auto Sales but they're refusing to pay.Desired Settlement: $655

Review: In March of 2015 I purchased a vehicle from Route 46 Auto Sales in Lodi NJ. I found the car on line and called them and spoke with a salesman named Robert. I explained to Robert that I would be flying in from [redacted] and I asked him has the car been serviced and in good condition and he ensured me it was. On my way home to [redacted] the check engine light came on so I made an appointment to have the car looked at. The 2nd day of having the car I hit a bump in the road causing the front wheel to bend. I had the car towed to a wheel repair facility and they stated that 3 of wheels where out of spec and beyond repair due to previous repair welds. The shop had to decline me service due to safety and reliability. So I had no choice but to purchase a new set of wheels to drive the car. I took the car to a service shop to get overlooked and the owner notified me of several issues with the car totaling $9,500. Now if the car was serviced and looked over like Robert said there should be no reason for the car needing $9,500 in repairs. I honestly feel the salesman Robert and Route 46 Auto Sales where aware of the car needing serious repairs and passed it off as a "good car" just to get a sale. The owner of the service shop stated the car was not taken car off. This car is a LEMON! The car cost $13,000 and needs $9,500 in repairs! How is that a "good car"?Desired Settlement: I feel Route 46 should pay for these repairs to make it a "good car" as that is what they told me or refund me for the wheels, down payment, my lodging and the amount owe to the service shop for the time they have vested and Route 46 Auto Sales can have this LEMON car back.
