We have been trying to set up an appointment for the customer but the service director has had to take a few days off due to personal reasonsHe should be returning to work by the end of the week and we will set up a time that workds for the customerThe customer service rep has been in contact with the customer throughout this time

I, [redacted] spoke with Jim J[redacted]s mgr Mike on 07 Apr 15. I provided my credit card information and was assured this refund would be completed on 07 Apr 15. Additionally, Jim [redacted], his manager Mike and Jim J[redacted] assistant were previously given the authorization to speak [redacted] said family member [redacted] Lastly, we were instructed by Tara F at [redacted] ext [redacted] and was informed that the credit was issued on 27 Mar 15. They are providing untruthful responses.

Our dealership has no control over what the factory covers under warranty. If the part was defective and the customer feels it should be covered by the factory they would have to make a complaint with corporate. As per Dodge the part was not covered and the customer was required to pay for the...

repair. The number for Dodge consumer affairs is [redacted] and the customer can make a formal complaint with them and ask for the repair to be covered.

A manager will be contacting this customer to discuss their issue and help them resolve the problem.
