Route 51 Auto & Truck Parts

Review: I purchased a transmission from the Rt. 51 Auto and Truck Parts on December 12/16/13. According to the Standard Trade Practices on the Auto dismantling industry and sellers on the back of the receipt #4 states Transmissions are guaranteed to work properly at the time of purchase. Gears are guaranteed to be in good condition at the time of purchase. The transmission was picked up on 12/17 in the late afternoon and delivered to [redacted]'s Transmission on 12/18 because [redacted]'s Transmission was closed before the transmission could be delivered on 12/17. I was notified by [redacted]'s Transmission on 12/19 that the transmission did not work. I notified Rt. 51 and they delivered another transmission on Monday December 23rd. There was a second $535 fee (tax included) to put the 2nd transmission in the car since the first transmission did not work.Desired Settlement: I would like Rt. 51 Auto and Truck to pay the 2nd $535 fee. If the 1st transmission, which was guaranteed to work, was in working condition I would not have had to pay a second $535 fee.
