First I would like to start by saying that it is my belief that [redacted] is telling the Revdex.com partial truths. That being said, the individual who handled the sale and trade-in with the customer no longer works for Route 60 Used Cars so I am basing this on the...

documentation that is in customer's file. It is accurate that customer traded in a 2010 Chevy Tahoe, which did have an approximate $16,500 (Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollar) payoff, and he purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty that we were able to get financed for him. Also, he was a difficult customer to get financed based on his credit and according to the finance company he scored an 8 in their system with 10 being the worst score possible. Approximately 10 days after customer purchased the Jeep Liberty he came to the office and was not happy with the vehicle so at his request we did agree to allow him to back out of his purchase. At this time, customer wanted to now purchase a 2015 Equinox which is a much more expensive vehicle than the 2011 Jeep Liberty that he originally purchased. Because of this, we allowed customer to drive the 2015 Equinox home while we worked on getting him financed for this vehicle. During this time, customer has refused to bring in current documents so that we can provide them to the finance company and attempt to get him financed for the 2015 Equinox. Additionally, customer has now been driving one of our vehicles for approximately 60 days for free and has not made a single payment towards the purchase of any vehicle.It is also accurate that there was a delay in paying off the 2010 Tahoe in full but we made a $900 (Nine Hundred Dollar) payment towards his Tahoe during this time, which covered 2 months of payments. The balance has since been paid in full to [redacted] Please see enclosed a copy of the cashiers' check. Foremost, there is no paperwork in customer's file regarding his allegation that he purchased the 2015 Equinox and there is not a copy of a receipt in his file that supports any down payment that he alleges he paid towards the purchase of the 2015 Equinox. He has been asked to provide this paperwork and he has not produced any paperwork to date supporting any of his allegations and we have been requesting it for 45 days. I would ask that the Revdex.com ask him to produce documentation that supports his position.In summary, we paid off a vehicle that customer was behind in payments on when he came to the car lot, we allowed him to return a vehicle that he was not happy with, and we gave him a vehicle to drive while we were working on the new financing. Again, he has been driving our vehicle for approximately 60 days for free and he refuses to provide the necessary paperwork so we can try to get his financing approved on a more expensive vehicle then he previously purchased from us. We have simply asked customer to come to our office so that we can attempt to resolve this matter and bring the paperwork that he claims he has supporting his position. He has refused to do it. Moreover, I am trying to avoid any controversy with customer but I have consulted with my attorney and I am now considering reporting the vehicle stolen that he is driving.Additionally, Please correct your file, [redacted] does not have an ownership position with Route 60 Used Cars. I am the sole owner.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter and I look forward to hearing from you at your convenience.
