Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/06/30) */ The vehicle did not run and I replaced the computer and it ranI offered to repair the fuel gauge wiring for free and set an appointment, but he never showed up

The customer wanted to make payments for the repairsNormally payments are paid in full, but we made exceptionsAs time went by the customer failed to make payments We ordered parts and later found out the vehicle needed a engineI notified the customer about the repair and he decided to sell the vehicle to a salvage yardI offered to give the parts to the customer, but he refused I offered to sell the parts online and have received offersWe may be able to get the customer's money back with more time

I paid him in advance to make repairs to the car for a timing chain of which was not completedI was quoted $and we paid $as I was quoted 900-in parts and around 700-for labor to installThe last payment made was in October to complete the payments and he didnt notify us until January that it needed a new motor after telling me every week in December it would be one more weekWe opted out of a new motor and requested our money backI have a recording between him and I stating he owes us the money and would refund itThere was nothing to further pay as NONE of the repairs were madeI have given him ample time to pay

Mr. [redacted] and his friend broke down at a workout place. It failed to turn over. His friend gave me a call and asked if I could work on his truck. Everyone was telling them it was a transmission problem. I found him a used transmission. He asked me to put it in and I told him I would. He said there...

was no big hurry, they had another car to drive. I told them I am trying to understand why it wasn’t starting. I even showed him what I worked on. I told them they may need to take it to a dealer and have a council diagnostic on it, because I didn't believe it was the transmission. He has the old parts of the transmission in the back of his truck, so obviously the transmission was replaced. I told him I had a friend who works at a Nissan in Rolla, MO and he could come down to do a council diagnostic to it at no cost to him. His wife called me and said they sold it to [redacted]. I called [redacted] and they said they were buying the truck and going to fix and resell it. I couldn’t believe they were selling it to a salvage yard after they put all that money into the vehicle. I then heard it was going to a repair shop in Desoto. I called him and said I would give him his money back if he gave me the transmission back. He wouldn’t tell me where his truck was. I was trying to help them, but they wouldn’t give me the transmission back. There was only a 30 day warranty on it and I told him if he hold out too long he would lose out on it if there were any problems. The 30 day warranty is up so now I cannot return it to get his money back. Also, I never got run out of House Springs and I have no idea where he is getting that information.
