This correspondence is in response to your letter dated September 30, On September 13th between p.m_ I washed MsClerk's BMW at my carwashAs I was wiping the front -winshield the rear view mirror fell.I and Ms, ***
agreed that I would take care of the damage and take it to a glass shop to get it fix, The following day I took the vehicle to a place we had agreedWhen theshop put the rear view mirror onto the winshield the winshield chipped and the mirror fell with the wires hangingI told Ms*** that I wood pay for a new winshield, Ms*** had agreed that I would purchase a new after market winshieldMs*** called back very upset and said she had changed her mind and did not want an after market winshield she wanted a original one
To avoid problems I agreed to purchase an original winshield for $(see attached copy of check)When the glass company installed the winshield they discoved that the sensor on the winshield was taped and it seemed like someone else had work on the car beforeThe winshield was installedA few days later Ms*** came to my carwash and was very upset stating that the cable sensors were not working and demanded I .repaired it immediatelyI explained that the car is years old and the cables were already damaged and that I already in good faith had paid for a new original winshieldI explained that I was not responsible for the cables Ms*** became very beligerent and I told her to please leave
I have made a good faith attempt and spent both time and money trying to reasonably resolve Ms***'s complaintsI did everything I could, everytime I did repaired something she came up with something new and demand that I payI have to draw the line otherwise she would take advantage of the situation and expect me to pay for all the damages the car had prior that I am not responsible forI cannot speak to her because she gets very upset and threatens to sue meShe has written and posted several negative comments on the internet about me and my business which I believe are unfair and distorted(See attached)

He basically lied about everythingHe tapes my wires with blue tape, even the first glass place seen it and told meHe continue jerking me around for three weeksI never agreed to an after market windshield, I never came up with nothing new, I even asked him about the blue tape and his response was "I didn't want to leave it hangingHe try's to be slick and take advantage if it wasn't for someone else conversing with him on my behalf my windshield would have never been replacedI told him I was done talking to him and the next person he would speak to would be my attorney

The vehicle is more than years oldMs*** purchased the vehicle usedThere is evidence that the someone had worked on the windshield beforeAs I have indicated in the previous response I replace Ms***'s windshield with an original BMW windshield and not an after market one and I paid $dollars for itI even repaired the wires that were hanging from the rear view mirrorYet Ms*** has defamed me by indicated that I am "shady" individual and has posted negative comments on YelpIf I had been a "shady person" I would have not made the honest and good faith effort to resolve this issueI would have simply told Ms*** to go to *** and ignored her complaintInstead I spent time and money attempting to please her
I have acted in good faith to reasonable resolve this matterMs*** have not acted in good faithEvery time I make an honest and good faith effort to satisfy her concerns Ms*** comes up with something elseFor example, after all that I have done now Ms*** is alleging that I reimburse her for all the time "she had to leave work" to take care of this matter something she has never mentioned beforeWhen does it end? What do she want next that I buy her a new car?

I refuse to keep going back and forth with someone that constantly fabricate about things he has no knowledge ofFirst and foremost he was not there when I purchased my car and he do not
know if I purchase the car brand new or notSecondly my car windshield was the original windshieldHe wrapped blue tape on the wire and then turned around and lied that he didnt do it,he actually took the rearview mirror down and thats when I walked over to my car and asked him what was he doingAnd his reply was " it was an accident and he was removing the mirror so it wont be hanging"Also he mention that my mirror can be glued back but the first glass repair seen that it could not be glued and refuse to do it because it can cause more damageAlso I was not the only one that has given him reviewsI dont know why he keeps saying he did it in good faith, if it was in good faith he would have taken care of the situation before it came to thisHe sent me to two different glass repairThe first one said he didn't want to get involved because he was trying to get him to put an after market windshield in and glue the rearview mirror back, thats when he sent me to the other glass repair shop that also said he was going to put and after market windshield inBut I refuse to accept the after market, it took exactly three weeks before my windshield was replaced and he call that good faithI call it unprofessional especially when I mention that I can get a ticket without my rearview mirror and his respond was "it would be just a fix it ticket"Good faith he calls it, not at all especially when I said I was not going to call my insurance take care of something that wasn't my fault and he blantly said"it should be a deductible"The things he has written are not from a professional businessman and he calls that good faith?!
