This is the worst Dealership ever Classic bait and switch tactics and everything they claim to stand for is a lie - no Honesty, Integrity, or Transparency Went to buy a car they had listed for $15, Made an appointment so I would be sure they would still have the car when I arrived but was told it was sold They kindly offered up another car for $19,and when I said I expected to get the car for $15,which was the advertised price they said OK When I got to the finance office I was told I could only have the car if I purchased several additional warranties that I did not want When confronted about it the manager Nick said that was the only way he would sell me the car Nick and I nor the salesman never once discussed the price being contingent on additional warranties being purchased Amazingly after I talked to another manager he found the original car supposedly and offered to make me a great deal and sell me the car for $17,instead of the 15,it was listed for So listing an item at a low price then telling a customer you don't have and trying to sell them one at a higher price - Bait and Switch! not to mention dishonest Second transparency means letting the customer know about all charges fees up front not after you have agreed on a price then adding contingencies at the last minute If I had actually paid what they were presenting I would have paid $26,for the car

Remove me from ALL marketing lists with your business
I have asked their business to cease and desist sending me marketing material by any method at their disposal, and delete my information from their files

high pressure sales, wouldn't wait for needed person, won't give me my car
Sales Rep:***.date Friday 8-24-18.Stock #***.Finance:***.6,3,trade in.Was there 6hrs no water, food, bathroom, outside.I made it clear I was not driving off in their vehicle I needed a 3rd party that would be responsible for payment there & he was on his way.Now they move fast.Clear due to injury I'm not capable of making these decisions.I have tried to get my car, there everyday they claim it sold. When?I've been there saying no deal without 3rd party. No time to process the car either. The Honda RAVSUV is great.I want my car back & know they have itHyundai Sonata 66k miles sports body with sunroff, loadedNo papers are notarized if that matters. Also passing out $Dining Advantage cards which are not exactly true.Don't know if that,s everything I've been there days & gotten nowhere

I bought a Chevy pickup from this dealer about weeks agoIt had 2600+ miles on it during my test drive I told the salesman there was something wrong with the tires because I felt vibrations he said it was the road!
During the process of trying to buy they promised to get it checked out!
We were in finance for quite awhile doing paperwork!
I was told don't quit your job or buy anything else as it might affect financing!
However later in the week I got emails from credit karma that various financial agencies had checked my credit
Then I got letters from those same agencies stating they could not finance my purchase!
We had traded in a Chevy Cruze which I still owed a lot of money on and they only allowed so much on trade in the rest was added to my loan on the truck
I knew that would happen and don't have a problem with that but I also paid for gap insurance and warranty on the car and they didn't do the paperwork to get that canceled until we called them back weeks later?
This dealership is in transition from one name to another in sure there are things to sort out but the salesman and his supervisor kept saying they been selling cars for a long time and would continue!!
My complaint mostly surrounds the vagueness of the sale as the salesman was new!
The service dept kept my truck days one time and a day 1/another time trying to figure out the vibration?
First time they replaced tires after I went back and showed them when I felt the vibration
The second time they say they don't feel it so they can't fix it!!!

Stolen car tag on my trade in that I was told to come and get because I wouldn't let *** have my personal debit card information
Purchased a Tahoe on 8/22/Traded in my ImpalaOn Monday 8/27/the calls/emails started coming in from *** ***, wanting my bank statements from my debit card which I don't have so I sent him screenshots of the deposits and a copy of my other piece of paper showing amountsOn Wednesday 8/29/I received a call from *** *** telling me he needed those bank statementI told him I didn't have anyHe said "give me the card information and my username and password and he would get them"I said I would not give him that informationHe said, " either give me the information or come pick up your car"I said fine I would be there in hoursI said have my car ready and my check and titleI called again when I got into Muskogee told him I was on my way and again I told him I said have my stuff ready will be there with in an hourI pulled up a

Route Chevrolet mailed an advertisement indicating that if you pull tabs on the advertisement and it showed three identical cars in a row, you would win a television The advertisement listed three steps to win: lift all the tabs on the game cardIf you have three matching cars in a row '?you win!? ? if you reveal three in a row, call (***) *** and enter your confirmation code.?
However, when you arrive at the dealership to claim your prize, you are informed that there is a fourth requirementThe code you were given, they tell you, must match a separate code This fourth requirement was buried in two lengthy paragraphs that require a magnifying glass to read My son, wife and I had all read the fine print thinking it might be a scam, but the information is so hidden none of us saw itAs I was approaching the dealership thinking I had won a TV, several people were exiting and exclaiming loudly 'it is a scam.? Upon learning of this fourth and buried requir
