Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Dear Mr. [redacted]:In response to message from Route 66 Business, I did not run over an armadillo. If I had the body of the animal would not have torn up all my plumbing as he says he replaced all of it. Any good repair service who found a crack in the gray water tank would not replace all of the plumbing without repairing or replacing the tank first. I am now having a plumber doing all of the repairs to the tank. The main problem is a leak in the gray water tank. If the Route 66 business owner had really seen a crack in the gray water tank as he stated he did, any repair that he made would not last as the tank would continue to leak, common sense would dictate that. The plumber I am now using stated the only repair was using silicone around the crack in the tank and that has done nothing. I really do not or did not expect to get any money back from Route 66. There is too much I say and he says to really make a difference. The main reason for my complaint was to make public to any consumer who wanted to use Route 66 aware that this business owner not only lies but cheats the public. Hopefully this complaint will save some unwary consumer some time and money and help them get a good reliable repair service and not suffer the consequences of poor service and overcharging that was my fate. main tank, and did the best he could to seal up the hairline crack without additional expense to the consumer. However the owner stated the repair on the tank would need to be off for 2 days to complete the seal, the consumer would not wait and put water in the tank and left. The owner out of goodwill, discounted the plumbing work and gave the consumer a refund of $70.00. The business owner will not be refunding anything additional to consumer. [redacted]
