the man is lyinghe knew he was not going to fix that problem I guess I should have held back on total payment but took his word as repairs would be made so much for honesty.if it was not for moving and needing a pick up I probably should have had second thoughs about dealing with him found out other people have had similar problems I have all paper work including bill from shop who did the work
On "11/7/1016", [redacted] purchased a [redacted] Pick up truck. There was a check engine light on which was the gas cap for a slight emissions leak. The gas tank cap was replaced before he picked up the vehicle which he was very happy with. Also, we agreed upon the sale that we would replace 2...
front tires in which he was very happy with. Also, before the sale was completed, we agreed to replace a fuel pump that was not performing properly according to [redacted]. As a pre-owned car dealer, we pride ourselves in selling quality vehicles with clean titles, odometers and a clean Carfax. We are currently an A- with the Revdex.com and are proud of our reputation with wonderful reviews and great customers care and repeat business. A "gas tank" was never mentioned in any of his complaints until this time. We are bound by the federal buyers guide to strictly follow their rules and we certainly do so. We dispute [redacted]'s claims "( 9 months later) as he has stated. Also, we provide every customer with a "WE OWE" slip that is in every one of our deals so there is no problems with communication.
