[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The clutch they put in my car is not a clutch capable of the hp my car has it is a stock clutch they told me it was aftermarket it it's a advance auto parts clutch and I called advance and they told me they would not put it in that car I have another gentlemen who has been at his shop and had a trans issue after he left route auto this company owes me my money back he has already agreed to fix it or give my money back and he didn't hold up to it is why I contacted you my car left his shop in April and by June it's bad I don't drive my car reckless or crazy that's a statement I haunt been able to enjoy my car at all it's been in his shop from march till April and get it out and the clutch goes out months later Regards, [redacted]
