When the customer purchased the vehicle she did not have Connecticut identificationShe had a [redacted] licenseMotor Vehicle law states that if the customer has an out of state ID, they are unable to register a vehicle in the state of ConnecticutTherefore We were unable to register the vehicle in Connecticut for the customerAll we were able to do for this customer was issue her a day transit plate because of the fact that she had [redacted] ID and [redacted] insuranceOur hands are tiedWe are bound by Connecticut state and Motor vehicle lawOnce the vehicle is issued a registration, no matter which form it is, we are unable to issue another form of registration to the same customer with the same vehicle on a later dateThis was explained to [redacted] not only by Michael, but by our Motor Vehicle clerk as wellIt is not that we do not want to help the [redacted] We are unable to help them due to the circumstances of the purchaseBefore Maura Priest purchased the vehicle we explained to her that if she wanted a Connecticut registration that she needed a Connecticut license and she would not be able to register the vehicle in Connecticut later if she was issued a transit plate nowShe was adamant about taking and driving the vehicle the same dayThis matter is out of our hands

I spoke to Mr [redacted] earlier todayI discussed his options with himI relayed to him that we could either refund him his $for the warranty or we could offer him a new warranty from our new Warranty company ***Mr [redacted] opted to to take the refund of $We are putting the check in the mail today and he should receive it in the next few daysAlso let it be noted that when we discovered that there was an issue with his warranty and an issue arose with his vehicle, we did the only right thing and repaired his vehicle at no charge to him Despite the issue with his warranty, we did all that we could to satisfy Mr [redacted]

We registered Mrs***'s vehicle and mailed the title into the DMVWe do not have Mrs***'s titleIt was mailed to her by the Connecticut DMVNot Route Auto SalesIn order for Mrs [redacted] to acquire a duplicate title she needs to visit a DMV branch and complete the necessary formsOur responsibility to Mrs [redacted] is completedIt was completed the day she picked the vehicle up from usWe have explained this to Mrs [redacted] multiple timesThere is nothing we are able to do for Mrs***If there was then we would have already done it for her

I have never had an easier time buying a car then at Rt in ProspectI saw a car I liked in [redacted] Magazine so I called the dealershipThey promptly transferred me to a Sales Associate, Dave, who confirmed that the [redacted] I wanted was still at the dealership and how many miles were on itHe said that it was outside and covered in pollen and asked when I would be downI exclaimed I would be there in a few minutes, he said great Ill see you when you get hereSo when I arrived I was expecting the typical wait minutes, then finally get to see the carOr even worse the" O well I have to run your credit before you can drive THIS car" To my surprise the car was pulled up waiting for me, glistening! It was spotless in and outThe salesman actually cleaned it before I arrived so I could see it in its gloryAfter driving the car I fell in loveThey gave me about $more for my trade in then the dealership I had gone to the day before, AND discounted the car $to match the ad they had in the Magazine! Again I couldnt imagine being happier with not only the car, and the deal, but the dealership as wellI will be referring my friends and family to this dealership, even maybe some old enemies, the deal I got here could mend family feuds!!

bought a car, told me they we fixing the requested items, so lets get the paperwork done while they finish the carI didn't get the car for weeks! Asked for my money back several times, wouldn't give it to me, offered a cash settlement so I could just get the dam thing, said I don't operate like thathere I am weeks later and we still don't have the car properly fixedA simple mirror is all that is left which is the law to have an unobstructed view, and we would could finally finishNope, now he wants to fight with the state of CtThis guy should not be in business period!
