Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have attached my redacted Honda lease contract There are few items I want to have address I did NOT ask for any optional Maintenance Contract So why did they charge me $ I request my funds be refunded immediately I was NOT aware I was going to be charged $(rent charge) for my lease car I request that I be refunded that charge as well I want to know how much did they give me for my Honda Civic in excellent condition w/ miles on it? Because if the amount was low I would have never traded my car since I paid a majority of the loan on that car Why is my outstanding prior credit or lease balance $3750.00? I need to know what Annual Percentage rate they charged me in order to see if it was fair in connection with my Acquisition Fee charge $ I had and still do excellent credit at time of purchase so my interest rate should have been extremely low Regards, [redacted]
