sorry that any customer is unhappy or feels that something was not properly explained about thier options as explained to all customers an extended warranty is not required as well as gap insurance without these items the bank may rate the loan more risky and require more of a down paymentboth [redacted] and her father who is also a signer with her on this lease knew both the terms, conditions, of this lease the term they both agreed on and signed for was biweekly payments this was clearly shown on the lease contract they both signed the car can be traded or paid off at any time with no prepayment penalty the only amount the customer will owe is whatever principal is still owed on the original lease agreement
