Also the girl at the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! She made it seem like she'd be doing me the biggest favor by offering an iced americano that I would'be have to wait for and wouldn't give me a definitive answer on when iced coffee would be available!!
How can you justify that response as an excuse for scamming consumers and providing poor customer service?
