ms*** has a day warranty on the neon which will expire on sept the warranty is thru CARS PROTECTION PLUS .ms *** can take the neon to her shop of choice and get any legitament repair done under warranty and yes it covers head gasketswe have advised her of this option on
numerous occasionswe have a warranty like this on every car we sell.we can even do this work at our facility with no charge to her.she has refused our offer,she simply keeps stating she wants her money back.we replaced the radiator for her no charge.we replaced an engine mount for her,nochargewe continue to offer our support.what we have in return is other shops lying about the condition of her car trying to scare her in to spending a lot of money with themalso I have to note that now she is resorting to (NAME CALLING)and unfound remarks on the internet for everyone to seeI truly do not know how to respond to the name calling.our offer to make needed repairs under warranty stands even despite the name calling we will stay above that

I am rejecting this response because:I feel the vehicle was sold to me with pre existing issues. The only justifiable response would be to return the vehicle for a cash refund.
