Hello,I am responding to this claim per *** Please see screenshots attached, as we do advise during the booking process that all tickets are non refundable Please see under purchase price that we state non-refundable Also, under Make Payment, In order to continue with your flight booking you must agree to the terms and conditions and stated under BOOKING TERMS we also stipulate that all flight bookings are Non-Refundable See below I certainly apologize as it is apparent we do provide our refund policies under our terms and conditions for all bookings We will not be issuing any refund at this time Thank youTICKETING AND REFUNDS You acknowledge and understand that airlines can increase their prices at any time before tickets are issued Most airlines impose cancellation fees and charge penalties up to 100% for many discount tickets Most tour operators, cruiselines, and some resort hotels impose cancellation and charge penalties, too Unless otherwise explicitly noted, you should assume all purchases to be non-refundable Please review the applicable rules of each airline, tour operator,cruise line, resort hotel, and any other relevant service provider before making your reservation By making a reservation through Rovia, you are deemed to have consented to any and all conditions imposed by each of the service providers your reservation utilizes

Dear Revdex.com, The issue resulted from a reservation that was listed as unconfirmed in our systemIn fact however the reservation was received by the supplier and was charged The client contacted our call center directly and was re-booked resulting in a double booking and therefore a double charge Our team initiated a check request internally on 5/16/and advised the client that check # [redacted] was mailed on 5/31/to Mr [redacted] 's address on file.This case should now be resolved Sincerely, [redacted] ***

It appears that the client did not read either the tag under the pricing that clearly indicates that the purchase is non-refundable while going through the booking processIt also appears that the client clicked that she agreed to the terms and conditions without reading those eitherOur decision is firm and finalIf I can do anything else for you, please let me knowThank you*** ***

I also attached proof of purchase (the e-ticket) which did not indicate that this ticket could not be used for onward travel at a later time to the same destinationIn addition, to purport that I did not read the "tag line" is falseI read and understood the terms and conditions but re-iterate that this is also not highlighted in these "terms and conditions"I am convinced now more than ever that Rovia utilizes advertising and marketing to place the Rovia engine as the cheapest airline ticket booking engine without disclosing that their tickets are non-refundable and do not include any baggage costs neither do they provide you with the other ticket options available at the time of purchase. Rovia, in my view, is very economical with the truthOur decision is also firm and we intend to take legal action as appropriateRegards,

This customer was contacted when this complaint was received 7/14.  [redacted] spoke to her and resolved her issue.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  The reason why I am rejecting their response is mainly because at the time of purchase, it was not clearly indicated that the tickets we purchased could not be used for another onward travel to the same destination. There was no clear communication on Rovia website that this is the case, neither is it clearly written in their terms and conditions. Besides, they falsely claim, through advertising that the Rovia engine will give the best airline ticket costs without disclosing that their tickets are non-refundable and do not include any baggage costs neither do they provide you with the other ticket options available at the time of purchase. Their offer is therefore too good to be true. This is why my husband and I have recently cancelled our membership and even lodged a case to receive a refund for all our monthly contributions from [redacted] LLC (who is an affiliate of Rovia LLC). We received this only after lodging or complaint with Revdex.com as the business never responded to our queries or complaints that were lodged through email and phone.
