I do have caller ID and it definitely was their company that was harassing meWhen I told one of them that I filed a compaint he said I was a liar.The calls seem to have stopped recently, which is what I wantedThank-you!

call to introduce our technical service.  Maybe another Company has been calling her and she is thinking it is our Company that is bothering her, too many unreasonable times.  Does she have caller I.D.? She may be able determine who the real culprit is and, “call block” it. I have to do that, from the many solicitors I get every day.  We thank the customer for bringing this up to our attention.  The Management Team has been chastised to be more conscientious about the customers.  Even though we did not call excessively as the customer describes of us.  They will be more understanding, as they have weekly training sessions to reform, lead and improve, their quality of service.  Also, this Lady has been placed on a “no call” list from our technical service. We object to being compared to the term of  “Internet scam.”  We have talented Internet Technicians that endeavor to quickly resolve every client’s PC technical issues, during their time of stress, to their satisfaction. The client was referred to us by an Internet Marketing Co., that we hired to bring us customers. So, by the Marketers, utilizing their marketing strategy, compiled a prospective customer list for us.  Our customer care representatives, develop these leads into a Customer Service Agreement, if feasible and suitable, to the prospective customer’s technical needs. So, the customers, are in full clarity of mind, sound reasoning, without pressure and stress, when we call. The customers then enter into an Agreement for our Technical Services after we resolve their PC technical issues to the customer’s satisfaction.  Therefore, we NEVER high pressure solicit a prospective customer. In fact, we carefully listen with sincerity, to resolve their technical issues and, we NEVER cause any deceptive “scam” and obligate a customer to reach out to us or, trap them into a service agreement that we do not respect nor responsibly oblige.  We endeavor to do right by our customer base.
