Review: Purchased a Modular home in Oct. 2013. Home arrived with contractual items omitted, ie: windows, bathroom vanity, trim on outside, finish work. Row House Homes refusing to complete contract. Using misleading and deceptive business practices to postpone completion.Desired Settlement: Complete legal business contract or proceed with litigation locally.
