Review: The technicians do not know what they are doing with anything IT related, just wont help you in chat or are rude. I have multiple chat logs to show that they have been doing all of the following specified here.They ask you every time to just open a support ticket (when it could be easily solved in chat). The company has horrible customer service in general. Also, their servers and hosting always goes down or has horrible connection (dropped connections).Desired Settlement: I have spent a lot of money with this company, and have had nothing but problems ever since I started with them as a customer.I would either like a better service in general, including customer and hosting/vps service. Or a full refund and I will switch to a better host!
