So I found rowe credit in ***, on there site it states that they don’t base any decisions on past credit and all credit types are approved, I went in there after talking to *** she herself told me the same thing, and that they have a car for every one no matter past credit history, upon going up there I filled everything out, they in return said they were sending it to there HQ OFFICE and they would call all my references and it would be about 1 to 2 hours, moment after they used a third party company called 700credit to view my credit report and denied me without any calls to any of my references, they refused to comment or give me any reason for this decision and told me in a few weeks I’d get a letter in the mail explaining why I’m denied, so if they don’t make a decision based off credit scores why would they deny me after checking my credit score and not calling any of my references simply denying me after viewing my credit score that they say on both there website, commercials and there own employees on the phone, yet I’m denied after checking my credit, the fact that there website alone states all credit history is accepted yet view my credit score and don’t call any references and deny me states that they based it off of my credit score, that is false advertising at its best when, all they show is and state is that all credit history is approved, yet I’m denied after they view my credit report and they never called a single one of my references and they refused to tell me anything on phone including there HQ, when I told *** I would issue a complaint to the Revdex.com for false advertising she started StutteringI her words and changing things she said. I will be getting an attorney And suing for false advertisement false claims and false pretense of everything I was told, good day.
Today I received the Revdex.com complaint regarding ***. Mr *** is changing some key words in his complaint in regards to my advertising. All of my advertising states that Credit doesn't matter as long as you are honest about it, We can help people with all credit profiles or histories, We accept all credit histories. Please feel free to verify this at *** or on our Rowe Credit *** page. You will not find the words "we approve all credit" in our ads or website. Income plays a very important role in deciding whether or not to approve someone. Mr. knows the reason why he was denied, since the finance company sent him a letter. I can assure you that *** was not "stuttering her words" when you told her that unless we approve your loan that you would "Sue us and we could go *** ourselves."
