I took my car here last year and got multiple repairs (about $2500 worth), including tie rods, tune ups, alternator, whole brake system, engine work. My car hasn't been the same since. After I got my brakes done, I noticed after leaving the shop they were still going to the floor. I took my car back a week later after the problem continued and found out the mechanic screwed up because he was in a hurry to leave that Friday afternoon. They "fixed" it again but a year later, my brakes are bad again. I also have been having issues with my car the past month and found a good, honest mechanic. He found that everything Rowells did, with the exception of the alternator, was done poorly and is failing and I'm repaying another mechanic to do everything. I will never go to Rowells again, the mechanics are not thorough, especially on a Friday. Every time I left after getting work done, within days something else went wrong with my car and I had to take it back.
