Purchased table & 8 chairs,received table and 5 chairs,told they would deliver remaining 3 chairs by nov 11th, will not be getting til???Purchased table & 8 chairs, received table & 5, called, will be receiving other 3 chairs by nov 11, called 11/13, told only 2 chairs will be getting but not in yet, maybe next week. I will be celebrating my thanksgiving 11/16, have to purchase 3 unmatching chairs and still will not be getting full set. This seems so wrong.Desired Settlementwould like to receive the 3 matching chairs to my set. She purchased a table with 6 chairs with additional purchase for 1 more chair at $99.99. This totals 7 chairs all together. We delivered the table and 5 chairs that we had in stock at the time on the 26th of October.She was told at time of purchase that we only had the 5 chairs but we would put the other one on back order at that time she stated that she would purchase an additional one making total of 7 chairs.We contacted her last week to let her know that the 2 chairs that were backordered would be in around the 20th of November. She then insisted that she was to get a total of 8 chairs not seven. I went over her sales invoice with her and explained that she only paid for table and seven chairs and if she wanted one more to make eight chairs it would be an additional $99.99 plus tax. She spoke with her salesperson [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] went over the ticket with her also and explained that she had only purchased a table with seven chairs.We feel that we have taken care of the customer for everything that was purchased. When merchandise is backordered it normally takes 4 to 6 weeks to come in, so the chairs coming in on the 20th is right on target.Respectfully Yours,[redacted] Office Manager

Company closed down before we could get our furniture out of layaway. I would go to pay on the layaway & no one would be there to take money.I put a bedroom set in layaway & was making payments until someone got sick within the business therefore [redacted]'s was only open on Saturday from 10 until 4 pm. Just a sign on the door no call or anthing. I mean the business just closed & they didn't say anthing. Would go by & even with the times of business the doors were still locked & no one there. I would just like to pay for the remainder of the bedroom set or get my money back because I've searched & searched for someone to help & Revdex.com were the only one I could find so please let me know if you can help. Desired SettlementI would like the bedroom set I put on layaway or the 310 dollars I put towards the bedroom set that was 855.99

I Purchase a section coach and chair for the amount of approximately 3,000 dollar and have made 10 phone call, and 8 visit to the store. I purchase the section on 01/24/2013 and it was paid in full within six months, its defective was notice as soon as I set on it one of my order # 181815-804-21 rocker recliner, their was one in the store just as the one I purchase I ask if I could exchange but they wound not . at the time I had it for one month this business kept giving me the run around and nothing was don.one invoice # is 119312,119391,120285Desired SettlementI would prefer the same type of furniture or my money return. Business Response Dear Ms. [redacted]:In response to the complaint filed by [redacted]. She did purchase a rocker recliner and sectional on January 12, 2013 in the amount of $2674.90, taxes included. On January 24, 2013, she changed out her original recliner for another, in which we let her do leaving her an in store credit of 53.50 for future purchase. She then decided on January 25, 2013 to keep her original recliner. We had no further discussion on the recliner. On March 26, 2013, she contacted the store to let us know her cushion was sinking on her sectional. We set up service ticket for our warehouse associated to go out on the following Monday. They did go to Ms. Johnson's house to inspect the cushions. They were settling so we agreed to order new cushion cores for her to replace the left side facing that she was concerned about.Two weeks later, we returned to customers home to install the new cushion cores. She refused the cushion cores and informed our associates that she wanted a new sofa.We took another sofa to her to try and satisfy the customer, in which she refused this one because the feet were already screwed into sofa. She stated that she would not accept a sofa that had already been on our sales room floor. She demanded that we take that sofa back to the store, order another one and then she would come to the store, have the sofa unwrapped so she could inspect it and then we would have to follow her back to her house and deliver it the same day. She also stated that she refused to pay a separate delivery fee, which we felt was only fair since we had made several trips to satisfy customer. This all was done on June 10, 2013. We carried one more sofa out at her request. When our associates delivered this one she had them un-load and then she preceded to jump up and down several times and then refused this one. Any sofa will give when someone is not sitting properly on it. Sofas are meant to be sat on and not jumped on. This was done in August. We feel that we have gone above and beyond our responsibility to satisfy this customer, which I feel is not going to be possible.If you need any further information, please feel free to contact me. We did indeed take two new sofas to customers home in which she refused both of them as the previous response letter states. We feel we have done everything that we possibly could do to satisfy this customer.
