I hired Roxanne's Cleaning Solutions to clean my property located in Fontana, Ca. I asked for a Move In/Move Out cleaning and also window cleaning. The house was very filthy from the prior tenants, which I mentioned to *** (manager I believe). She gave me an estimate over the phone of $250, and would see the property and adjust the amout once they looked around. The final amount was $300, whuch I agreed on. But her crew looked like they only surface cleaned, not what I asked for. The entry was still dirty, the floors were sticky like they hadn't been mopped, kitchen countertops were still dirty, and they didn't clean all the toilets. Bathroom faucets weren't cleaned properly. The list goes on and on. I hired them because the house needed a detailed cleaning, which I didn't get. I tried to resolve the issue and ask *** to have her crew come back out and do the job they got paid for. She said "they would come and clean the kitchen, that's all" She feels her crew did what they were supposed to do, and I highly disagree!

I am very sorry for the lare response. I've been sick for the past days.. Here is our answer to the false complaint she is making. Like I explained to you over the phone she called me to require move out cleaning service we agreed on $300 we cleaned almost 20 windows that is a total of $160 and we agreed over the phone to clean only the accessible areas for $140. She stated that her nephew was going to be in charge while we clean her house. What we came and find was a home full of people under construction and I told her over the phone that it was not possible to leave the home move in ready when the carpet wasn't still installed and there was paint and ladders all over the house she was in a rush to get it clean so she said clean the accessible areas. When we started to clean we noticed that there was like a party in that house all this people was drinking alcohol and smoking marihuana we continued working because we are professional we found rat poop and spiders all over the house which she perfectly knows was in a very bad condition. Her nephew told us dont clean certain toilet I wont make you do that bc is black inside full of bacteria my aunt will replace it.. We did as he told us. We finished cleaning after 6 hrs of hard work so many things need it to be replaced they were damaged not stained. We still cleaned and sanitized but since they where damaged stains would come off. All of a sudden a fight starts in the house between the people in there and all we hear is that ome of them was going to burn the house. We were already picking up our supplies things got tense and scary because we never had this bad experience before. My team was scared traumatized thinking we could get hurt so was I. One of them started screaming get out of here I am burning this house, We made it out the door. Next morning this lady calls me and she tells me her niece went to the house and we didn't clean nothing at all. Really?? 6 hrs of work, her niece wasn't there to see all the hard work my team and I did. I told her I was willing to come Monday and try again in her sight so she would see that those are not stains but her house is damaged and needs repairs she said NOOOO come tomorrow (sunday) we dont work Sunday's. After she yelled at me over the phone and even thou I was scared to come with my team once again to this house, we agreed that I was going to come Monday at 8am. She sends me pictures Sunday and the restrooms where already bad, ofcourse! We came friday there was alot of people in her house they weren't sober, they used her bathrooms. She takes pictures Sunday and says we didn't cleaned. I offered once again to come and reclean Monday as we agreed. And she tells me NO I want a refund. Which I find so unfair I gave her a Solution to come Monday she agreed and then she changed it. When I told her I can't give a refund because we worked 6 hrs in her house and did our job, and got emotionally damaged. She threatened me to post all over google, Revdex.com, and to destroy our business. All her statements are lies and she perfectly knows she is not been honest. I have all her text messages to prove she is lying. Yes she paid $300 but we worked hard 6 hrs cleaned almost 20 windows kitchen, livingroom, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, floors and cabinets, our lives were in danger in that house. How can she even ask for a refund when she perfectly knows the bad condition of her house. Our business got threatened by her, my person, my team was traumatized by the people she had in her house. I really hope she can be honest next time when she hire a service and don't try to make people work for free by stating lies to get refunds.

I am rejecting this response because: Unfortunately, she is incorrect on so many levels. I never left my nephew in charge. I stated he would be there to let the cleaning crew in, that was all. She claims to have cleaned over 20 windows, I don't even have that many windows in my house, When I first contacted the cleaning company via Yelp, I was quoted a price of $200-$250 and would get a total price once the cleaning crew got there looked around and give me the final price. I talked to *** on the phone twice before the actually cleaning: 1) to set up date to clean, 2) day of cleaning to confirm final price and pay via ***. Her cleaning crew looked around before they started the job, so at that time is when they could of stated what they could or could not clean, but that didn't happen. I assumed everything would of been cleaned; move-in, move-out...that means the prior tenants left the house a complete mess, that's why I hired a company to do the job. Sad to say, it looked like nothing was cleaned. They arrived around 3:30pm and I sent a text around 6:30pm asking if the workers were done. I have attached the text messages with the time stamp, and the reply. I am the one that reached out to *** to try and resolve the issue. I had agreed on the company coming back out on Monday, but *** stated they would only clean/re-clean the kitchen, the whole house needed to be cleaned/re-cleaned. That was not acceptable to me, that's why I asked for a refund minus the window cleaning. It's unfair that I paid for a service that I did not get. It was not a general cleaning, it was a move-in, move-out cleaning. I am not a liar, and I don't appreciated *** saying that I am. I hired her company to do a job, and they didn't do it. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably. Thank you for your time and help with this unfortunate matter.
