My membership was for 1 year. I kept my membership for a year and when it was up I cancelled. They continue to charge me after I have cancelled.I had the gym membership for one year, that is all I contractually agreed to and when it was up I cancelled the membership and yet they continue to charge me. I have contacted them several times and they do not return calls, nor can you ever speak to a manager when you visit the establishment in person.Desired SettlementI would like my money back for the months debited that were not supposed to be, which so far is 58$ and counting because they continue to charge me.

OWNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED TO CANCEL AFTER SEV ATTEMPTS FOR PAST MONTHS N STILL NOT CANCELED N COLLECTING.I STARTED TRYING TO CANCEL MY TANNING MEMBERSHIP AT RAC BK IN MAY 2013,WAS TOLD I HAD TO CANCEL 10 DAYS PRIOR TO DATE OF AUTO BANK DRAFT SO FIRST CALL I WAS TOLD COMP DOWN N NEXT TIME I WENT BK N FORTH N NO EMPLOYEE KNEW HOW TO.SO I DID USE FEW VISITS CAUSE I WAS STUCK PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT WANT.ALSO VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERV!INCLUDING OWNER!!I MADE SEV TRIPS TO CANCEL N OWNER NEVER THERE,AUG 5,I WAS TOLD TO CALL OWNER AT BEACH TO CANCEL,I DID VOICEMAIL N TEXT N SIGNED A CANCEL PAPER AT RAC WITH EMPLOYEE N STILL CONTINUED BEING CHARGED N STILL CONTINUING EVEN AFTR I FINALLY CAUGHT OWNER THERE IN SEPT,HAD TRIED TO CATCH THEM THERE SINCE AUG AFTER NUM TRIPS FINALLY SPOKE TO [redacted](owner )TOLD HER N [redacted] FINANCIAL STILL CALLING N EMAILING FOR MONEY N THEY HAVE BEEN TOLD OF ALL THIS N KEEP SAYING NOTHING THEY CAN DO,ONLY OWNER !MY MEMBERSHIP WAS UP IN MARCH 2013 n COULD BE CANCELED ANYTIME BUT I CAN'T GET OWNER TO DO N HARD TO LOCATE N IM NOT ONLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER,SEVERAL!!!Desired SettlementMy monthly fees were 26/27.00$ monthly n been trying to cancel since MAY N STILL BEING BILLED!HAD TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO STOP BANK PAYMNTS SINCE SEPT BUT STILL TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY!I WOULD LIKE SOME REIMBURSMENT OF SOME KIND FOR ALL MY TRIPS ,GAS N WASTED TIME OF GOING BK N FORTH NUMEROUS TIMES SINCE MAY 2013

I paid my monthly membership and they're trying to tell me I never paid. They got bill collectors calling me every week. And I have my receipt. I paid February 28th and I received an email on the fifth requesting to call the collectors.And the membership fee is $24.99. I went up there and the employee wrote it down and said [redacted] will have to put it into the computer system. Apparently she never did because they're still calling me. I even had my receipt.Desired SettlementJust Refund me my starting fee and February fee.
