Review: I dropped my car off on march 22nd to replace a bumper. I was told the work would be started Monday. I left town for spring break. While gone I called twice and asked them to also fix my CD player. I also said I would pick it up Friday the 29th. When I arrived on Friday work had not even begun on my vehicle! No one had even called me. I demanded some kind of reimbursement and they agreed to take 100$ off the bill and fix the CD player for free. I did get the car on Monday but the job was not finished (no emblem bc it broke) and no hole cover. They also did not fix the player "looks like it is broken." Yeah, I knew that. I paid and took the car and they said they would call when the emblem was in on Tuesday. I stopped by in Wednesday and he said he was still wasting on part and would call back. Never did. Then I stopped in again this morning and he showed me the broken part like it had just come in with no apology or explanation for now over two weeks if waiting for a simple repair.Desired Settlement: I would like my car fixed as promised.
