Review: I brought my car to a body shop a friend recommend on october [redacted] they assured me that I will receive my car back in no later then 2.5 weeks. It has now been 5 months and they have not completed my car they are also not picking up there phone not giving me the proper information on my car and have also asked me and my mother for social security numbers for what reason I do not know. I believe they tried to cash my check. When they asked me for the social security numbers I did not fill comfortable and tried to pull my car out of the shop and they had charged me $4,000 for storage we could not pay that so we left it there to be repaired. They recently told me they were bringing it to another shop to get programmed and when I ask the name of the shop they refuse to tell me the information I am very nervous for my vehicle. I have already given them $10,000. I have complained countless times, and when ever I ask when the car will be finished they give me a date and on that day its supposed to be completed they either do not pick up the phone or tell me another date. I have complained every week since november and they have told me a completion date more then 9 times.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement is to not give them any more payment and to get refunded for my rental car fee's which has been over $5,000
