We stand by our initial response; we did not see any sign of damage however we offered this person a refund for her treatments out of good will, but she refused and demanded reimbursement for something she bought elsewhere on the internet that we know nothing about

We are aware of this person's complaint and of the photos
she took on her own posted online. We saw her for follow up in our office
and took picturesWe do not see the damage she is complaining aboutWe

photos taken in our office and cannot see what she is complaining about.
The person who performed her treatments followed protocol and used proper
settings. In spite of this, and in spite of the fact that we have a no
refund policy and in spite of this person already posting damaging reviews of
our business on multiple websites, we offered her a full refund for her
treatmentShe refused to accept this and instead demanded that we reimburse
her for a device she bought online that we know nothing about and did not
recommend for her. Also, she then posted an additional review online that
we feel is untrue and damaging to our practiceWe feel we have done everything
we can to help this client, including offering her a full refund

We stand by our  initial response;  we did not see any

The photographs taken in office were not taken with a high resolution camera such as my own or they have been altered.  I have had other doctors look at me, in person, and they concur that there is a vast difference in the before to current condition.  Please request their photos and compare them to those I sent you and you will clearly see that they are not as close nor as clear.   I have seen their photos and that is not what my legs look like.  I have filed a complaint with the Medical Board since filing this report with the Revdex.com.
The refund was rescinded by [redacted] and I was refused a second visit with the Doctor.  She was angry with my online review of  the procedure.  There is a great deal of false testimony coming from this individual.

Review: I went to Dr. [redacted] office to treat sun damaged skin on my thighs with a device called the Exilis manufactured by BTL. I purchased a package of 6 treatments which is what was recommended. The device got unbearably hot and I asked the technician if it could burn fat since I am aware it is also used with optional settings to burn fat. She said no it was set for skin tightening. After my second treatment my skin seemed indented where the device was used. For my third treatment I mentioned this and showed it to the technician. She then used the device higher. It was still so unbearably hot that we had to take breaks during the treatment but again I was assured it "could not" burn my fat. The indentations and lumpiness got much worse after the 4th treatment and I stopped the treatments because it was very visually clear at this point the device was burning fat and creating damage. I have before and after photos that are appalling. I was offered a reimbursement of the cost of the treatments of $1400 but told I would have to remove the review and photos on RealSelf.com. I told the doctor and his manager [redacted] that I had purchased an endermologie device recommended by another patient who had a similar experience in hopes that it would improve the appearance of my skin. I asked to be reimbursed for the device also and I was told no. I would have absolutely no reason to have purchased this device for $1100 if my legs had not been damaged by Dr. [redacted] office. At this juncture I am out of pocket $2500 and have receipts for all. I have also sustained permanent damage to my legs. The [redacted]as very poor customer relations skills and it would be my advice, to speak directly to Dr. [redacted] if possible, as he seems to be more compassionate. I, however, was refused a second appointment with Dr. [redacted] by [redacted] when I requested it today.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my treatment cost of $1400 and the $1100 I spent for the endermologie device to treat the damage.
