Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/31) */ In this case our company was dispatched by CHP to assist in an accident that occurred on July 24, on the I-south and [redacted] Highway in San Bernardino, CaOur approved rates for CHP calls are $per hour time in and time out The Customer was aware of the rates and agreed to pay for our service, though and stated that we were "Price Gouging" as the media has portrayed in the recent events of the North lireI did contact CHP Dispatch center and explained to them my situation and they explained the charges to the customer and he still was not happy Respectfully, [redacted] Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/07/31) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The company picked up vehicles if you use the google maps you will see drive time from there address to the accident scene was minutes and any competent driver can secure a car in minutesThis would bring it to Minutesminutes times / does not equal $I assume that the second vehicle was towed to the yard as well so it is clearly gouging to charge me the time associated with loading the other vehicle and the transit time not involving my vehicleMy vehicle was towed less than miles this is clearly price gouging

Good morning Bertha, To address the complaint: We do realize that this person was a victim of a crime. I spoke with her and let her know that unfortunately we get stolen vehicles all the time. Being contracted with law enforcement, we are here to conduct a business. I did
