In response to the complaint of [redacted] it is unfortunate that he has had problems with the vehicle he purchased. Before purchasing the vehicle he had driven it twice and had ample time to have it checked out. Although he states that English is not his primary language he understood it good enough to sign all documents and make the purchase. I would also like to add that we recognized that he spoke Spanish also and provided him with a Spanish "AS IS" "NO WARRANTY" form to read and sign as required by law. We sell many vehicles and pride ourselves in being able to provide nice vehicles to our community at a low price with little profit built in. Motor vehicles are a mechanical item and subject to failure at any time. We have no more of an idea when that will happen anymore then the purchaser and would never knowingly sell something that is going to break down. In closing I advise Mr. [redacted] come and pick up his vehicle from our parking lot as it has sat here now for 3 weeks and we are located in a high crime area. not because I could not be less than two hours after buying the car be damaged ;the person to talk about buying gave me 30 day warranty

and I have 3 people who witnessed it

As stated before we concluded our response. The only thing we will add is that vehicle has been left in our parking lot as stated before for over a month. It will be towed by the legal owners expense which is [redacted].

Review: Ordered a specific part, emailed pictures to verify. They confirmed correct part, year, make, model, picture match. Promised part to be ready for pickup in 1 hour. Waited over 1 hour, sent employee (on payroll) to pick it up 40 minutes across town. Employee waited 30 minutes when there, rude service, no help then called me. I called there, woman on phone says other people were here first, I asked what was the point of the pre-order and what about the hour promise 2 1/2 hours ago? She said 1st come 1st served. She finally had part pulled and employee returned to find completely wrong part, even labeled as wrong year, make model. Not at all what they ID'd for me. I called, they said no returns on electrical parts, I said, yes except you didn't sell me what I asked for and what you promised me, she then agreed that they'd refund it if I send part with a copy of the receipt. So I sent employee 40 minutes across town again next day (yes, on payroll again) with a copy of the receipt, they refused to refund without the original receipt. I called and asked what can I do, I will not pay another two hours salary to bring you a piece of paper. They agreed to refund if I mail the original paper to them. So we left the part there per instruction and I mailed the receipt the next day.

I've been waiting and waiting, no refund. I called today, same rude woman on the phone recalled the incident and told me she never got the receipt. Lies. Anyway, so I asked what she's going to do to remedy their mistake and she said, "no refunds on electrical parts." I reminded her that she and her manager agreed for a full refund since the part was wrong on their mess up. She said, I can give you a "yard credit" only. I am absolutely not ok with this broken promise and as I will never do business with them again. Desired Settlement: I require a simple $35 full refund as promised. If I don't receive this within two weeks I am contacting my attorney out of principle and I will be certain this is far more of a headache and vastly more expensive than if they would just keep their promise and attempt to show some form of common customer service and ethical business practice.

Review: I purchased a used engine from Roy Y Auto Wrecking at the price of $550.00 paid by my company check, No. 9549 on 09/03/2013. However, Roy Y posted the same check twice and debit $1100.00 from my account instead of $550.00. After the bank research on my account transaction, I found that [redacted] Y duplicated posting of check one with regular bank deposit, the other with electronic payment. I have no idea why it happened. Anyway, I went to Roy Y Auto Wrecking with proof of copies and asked for credit back. But the owner of Roy Y denied my request and I just lost a word what to say.

It's so apparent that Roy Y duplicate the charge but I don't know why they do not attempt to credit back to me. Desired Settlement: I just want my $550.00 back to my account.

We Verified with our Bank if the said amount was in our account. Our bank said, they could only see one transaction in regards to the check number. For the amount of $550.00

We had requested customer to return to his bank to file a claim for the duplicate withdrawal since Only his bank could actually make such correction . Since they allowed for the Same check to be processed twice.

his bank could make the inquiry with our bank and sort the errors out.

I just cant write a check to the customer , when our Bank account does not reflect a deposit for double that amount.

We would continue to investigate the situation on our end but request he consults his bank. Because his bank has the ability to address/collect on duplicated check in less than 24hrs .

No, it's not true.

Actually I have 2 different photo copies that prove two transactions happened total amount of $1100.00 for the same check number one with electrnic payment the other with bank deposit.

I filed the claim to my bank, [redacted] to resolve this problem. After review and investigation of transaction, [redacted] confirmed Roy Y auto wrecking posted twice for the same check, therefore Roy y should credit $550.00 back to my account ASAP. I will see if Roy Y can say the samething at the court.

Review: on 12/20/2013 I purchased a product ( alternator ) was advised that this product was a working correctly. When I was finished installing the alternator and started the car the alternator smoked and did not hold the load of the car(heat and lights). I contacted [redacted] from Roy Y, who advised me that they do not test products that are sold. she then stated that we can go have the alternator tested by other mechanics and if found faulty she would switch it with another alternator from her store. Because she stated the Roy Y did not test products,I stated that I will not pay to have their alternator test, they should of tested the product before selling it. The fact that I turn my heat or lights on and the car bogs down like its going to cut off is proof enough. [redacted] and the other employee were very rude and dishonest. They were unwilling to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I want to give them back their alternator in exchange for my money or a black passenger side mirror. I have already purchased another alternator.
