I bought a car from roy y auto wrecking they said if anything goes wrong with the car they would fix it and I told them that it broke down the owner said she dont care she dont believe me but I just paid 200 for a part to get it running and 400 for somebody to put it on and I had a diagnostic test done on it again 6 code came up thats wrong with this car. And they lied and said nothing wrong with the car so I told them that I want my money back and they said no they not giving me my money back and they said they can just come repo the car and not give me the money back

Dear Mr. ***Regarding the above complaint that has been filed against Roy Y Auto Sales. Ms., purchased a 2001 Mazda MPV Van in the amount $2499 from us andwhen it was having problems we traded it out for a 2005 Ford Focus, valued at$3599 a more expensive car with less mileage. All cars are sold as is. We tradedout the van for her as it needed a safety start sensor. We did our due diligent tohelp Ms. out with a vehicle, We did not ask for more money down, weextended the payment to keep her payment the same as the van.After a month she came in stating that the Ford Focus was having issues, we hadour certified mechanic look at it and found nothing wrong, then she said that thecar was to small, that the state had given two more of her children back and thattwo car seats would not fit in the back seat and that she didn't have room for allher children. I don't feel that Ms. issue with the car has anything to dowith the mechanical issues with the car. It has to do with accommodating herneeds, that it the time of purchase she agreed that the car was great, and it wouldwork for her.Her first payment in due on May 12, 2019, attached you will find a copy of thecontract that Ms. has signed.At this point there will be no refund of her down payment as Ms. hasrequested as the car was sold as in and in good faith. If Ms. does not payher payment on time, the car will be repossessed. As Ms. will have notfulfilled her obligation as per the contract.Roy Y Auto Sales is in full compliance with the contract with Ms..Regards,

This place rips you off of money...lies..I could on and on......it should be shut down
My car has been there since December 2017 and they still haven’t fixed it at all. It is still there February 2018. They told me they don’t have anyone to fix my car.
