In response to the complaint [redacted] When a truck is reading full the mark lays passed the F mark not on the F markI don't receive any money for filling up a truck, just the gas I have to put back in them, which I must fax a gas receipt to [redacted] to show the refueling chargesOn the contract that the customer signed states if truck is not full when dropped off they will pay a $fee plus theprice of gasIf the customer truck was full I would not of put $more in the truck, Personally why would I waste my time and moneyThe contract, which was signed by this customer, also states to call in advance for drop off instruction or a $drop off fee can be chargedI have a lot of repeat customers whom appreciates my honestly and devotes to take care of their needsI am sorry that this customer feels that rude, and unfair comments must be made
