I am rejecting this response because:
I have already given this information to the businessThe reservation was under the name *** ***The Bill was paid by *** ***I sent the following information to the manager previouslyShe did not respond until I filed a Revdex.com reportIt is a generous offer from them to cover the billReally, I only wanted an apology and an attempt on their part to try to discuss it with the employee who made the mistakeI don't feel like my complaint was taken seriously until I filed a Revdex.com complaintI was told that it wasn't possible that he would make that mistakeMany of my attempts to talk to someone went unansweredIt is an unfortunate ending to what was a lovely mealThe follcustomer service wasn't what I would have hoped.
I will drop the Revdex.com complaint if the meal price is refundedI don't want to drop it ahead of time just based on the promise of a reimbursement, given that I have already provided the information they are requesting.
I am sorry this happenedThank you.
Here is the information I previously sent:
I don't have the receipt for this anymore, but our reservation through Open Table was at 6:pm on Saturday Jan 3. We were sitting in the two person table / booth between the kitchen and bathrooms at the front of the restaurantIt was one of the bussers, not our primary waiter, who served the espresso.
