Royal 24 Gym

This business is in the practice of continuing billing long after the customer has requested cancellation. Multiple people are having this issue. Business refuses all attempts at contact. Have filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General.

I contacted Royal 24 Gym on March 13, 2020 to cancel my gym membership. I called on their published phone that is listed on their Facebook page 513-869-0807 to leave a message. The voicemail was full, so I could not leave a message. I followed up with a personal Facebook message that went unanswered. I was then charged on March 15th for the automated billing although I requested to cancel before that date. I disputed the claim since it's the fault of the business for not having appropriate methods of contact. My personal message to the gym has gone unanswered. I followed up on March 18th again by a personal Facebook message to ask about getting my membership cancelled. I then left a response on their public Facebook page asking them to respond to my personal message. Neither of my personal messages have been answered and the public message was deleted. I have continued to call, but the voicemail is still full. I received notice of my overdue payment that I do NOT plan to pay. I have requested for my membership to be cancelled several times. The business is at fault for irresponsible business practices and an inability for clients to communicate. They do not respond to messages, so how am I supposed to cancel my membership?

Royal 24 Gym will not cancel my membership. It has been 6 months and I can not contact them.

The phone number listed will not allow you to leave a message. I have mailed a termination letter via US Postal service with a tracking number canceling my membership. They will not respond. I have contact the property owner who is renting the property to Royal 24 Gym and they do not have any current information on the owners whereabouts. I've emailed *** who I got the email from ***, *** Phone # who is the collection agency Royal 24 Gym is using to collect from me. *** will not help me to cancel the membership so I can Payoff this fee. How can I pay it off if the owner will not cancel my membership. He will continue to BILL ME MONTHLY!!!
